The breakfast was ok. There is a waffle maker, but everything else is cold. I read in other reveiws about the sketchy people who hang around, and there is people who hang around. But we said hi to them and they were quite friendly!

The hotel was great and the kids loved it. I booked through booking a family room and one extra room. We did not get a family room at all! I am not sure if they even have family rooms, I didn't complain because i didn't book through the hotel.

I didn't like the breakfast, I thought bacon nd eggs but nothing ..but I guess it was ok my lil grandson was not interested in eat what was provided

Noise in my floor till around 4am

It's a good breakfast, the rooms are silent. You can have very good. your privacy Options of several cafes and channels on the TV.

The only thing was that the key to the room was not working at all well, it took time to read the card but from then on everything was fine.

I didn't like the noise from the pool. As well as kids running down the hall screaming .I didn't like housekeeping knocking at my door at 9:20 am either and there wasn't a no disturb sign to put out until I asked for one.

Pool and gyms are provided which is a plus. Breakfast could be better, more fresh items.

The breakfast line was too long. Small room, which makes it hard to move around when it's full of people.

My stay was good and staff other then The one on check in. Was great!! Beds where comfy! Rooms where clean and cozy!

Well on check in the front desk staff (Juliana) was rude and made me feel like she had better things to do then to check me in. I get it everyone has a bad day! But if you work in the service industry It is lucrative to be nice!

I was happy with pretty much everything. The gentleman that was at the desk was very pleasant. The Lady that looks after the breakfast room was fabulous.

Staff was friendly Room was clean

The toilet seat had only 1 volt, so the seat would move. .homeless guy was sleeping in a chair in the loddy at 4:45 am.

Friendly staff, pools were great temperatures even for My toddler food was also great.

A/c didn't work 1 night was to eat
