My only complaint is that they chose to do boiler maintenance at 5 am every day, in the room next to mine, and woke me up every day at 5 Am. Surely it could have been done at a more decent time? My complaint to the hotel was met with a sorry we failed to meet your expectations email. My complaint to staff was met with a blank look.

They need microwaves on every floor, either in the rooms or in the hallway. I wish they would put out snacks for ppl in the dining area for all day purpose. Not just breakfast (everything was spicy). They had oatmeal cookies at the front desk but weren't always fresh! They need a laundry room for every floor. I was up till 3 am. I'm trying to catch the washer and dryer to do my laundry. It's located on the 2nd floor. The beds were not comfortable, and the pillows were very flat! We came to stay because we are from ASHEVILLE NC, AND WERE FLOOD VICTIMS FROM HURRICANE HELENE(9/27/2024), THEY DIDN'T HONOR THAT! FEMA SAID THEY WOULD PAY AND THEY WOULDN'T ACCEPT FEMA PAYMENTS.

I am from CA. The value of the nice and clean place was very good. I loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The bathtub was great! The lady at the desk when I arrived and the next day was very helpful. The location right off the freeway to my daily meetings and near multiple restaurants was perfect!

Someone I believe put a dog in the jacuzzi making it stink my first night. The jets are directed in a way that soaks the hair and does not soothe the body. I had a Coach roach come from the bedroom to the bathroom. The fridge wasn’t cold enough to keep my leftovers healthy. The location two doors from utility room would wake me up with the cycling of the machines. The breakfast was not so great.

They gave me a hard time with my dog, was not allowed to leave him in the room caged.

The breakfast was listed as beginning at 6 am, it was after 6:30 before most of the items was available, extremely unsatisfied so I went next door to a restaurant and spent $40 to eat breakfast because the staff was lazy and not doing their job.

I was asked for deposit for my stay of $150 that was to be refunded upon checkout of an undamaged room which I left in great condition and it's now 3 days after checkout and my deposit is still not been refunded, because of that I will never stay with another Radisson hotel, I might add I am a diamond member with choice hotels, I have over 60 nights staying in a choice hotel the past calender year.

I always enjoy staying at Country Inn, my reservation was lost, and the lady at the desk put us in a bigger room, I think it was the extended stay suite, for the same price as a regular room.

I didn't like that we had to leave a few hours after checking in.

The hotel was nice! The bed was comfy. I was able to rest after a long trip and being out in the heat! The room was big, with a nice big bathroom! Very nice place and a great price. & So many great people!! A lot of excitement with the police around and then an ambulance. The cable channels are awesome!

The pool was not working. There are police around just driving thru the small parking lot. I guess it's for safety, but it made me feel as if something had happened previously and I shld be on alert. We didn't know that the only microwave was downstairs in the dining area so we couldn't heat up our dinner leftovers that night.

The gentleman at the front desk was polite and professional. He was also sympathetic at the fact we were in town for my brother's funeral. I also thought the bed was comfortable. I was able to get a good night's sleep all things considering. Considering that they were renovating the hotel, the breakfast selection was limited but there was some variety. I also liked how the room was clean and comfortable and for the most part, the hotel was quiet. I liked how well the iron worked. Also the wifi was very fast and reliable.

I get the food was limited for the breakfast but I think they sacrificed quality. The bagels were stale. The sausage links were cold even in a warmer and the scrambled eggs weren't very fluffy. It's also amazing how the room was designed for two but we only had one washcloth. Since it was a handicap accessible room, it would have been nice to have a walk-in shower with a seat. It was difficult to climb into the tub. I also found it interesting how there was a coffee maker and a fridge but there was no microwave in the room. I also did not like how the maid, who did not speak very good English, knocked on the door on at least two occasions and entered way before the 12pm check out time. It was like 10am when she entered the last time.

The free breakfast was a huge plus for me since I don't have time to plan meals while traveling. The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. I especially liked the pool & hot tub area since it's open until midnight and I could swim after a long day.

Honestly, I don't have any major complaints with this hotel. The staff only cleans every three days so for a weekend trip your room might not be cleaned but as long as you plan accordingly you'll be fine.
