breakfast area was full and I couldn't get in the first day. Second day was fine.

The fact there seemed to be a problem with paying with a different card than I used to hold the reservation. Both my personal card and the one I actually used for payment were charged. The hotel said Booking.com would see it and in a few days remove the charge on their end: it's been several weeks. There's been no refund. Booking.com website had no direct contact number. Someone owes me money and if booking.com had a phone number or an email, then it may still work out just fine.

room was clean and spacious. staff was very friendly. beds were actually very comfortable. didn’t get to take advantage of any amenities because of other plans but everything seemed nice. location was convenient for the activities we came into town for(about 25 min to the renfaire). and across the street from some delicious ice cream!

one gripe about the room was the bathroom. the shower was odd and spaceship like and I didn’t like that the sink was outside the bathroom. also prepare for a little traffic on the one elevator if you are trying to go down at checkout. otherwise everything was great.

Exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and making Belgian waffles for breakfast. It was a very busy weekend as we were there for a sports tournament and even with all the hustle and bustle it was still pretty quiet and we never really heard the other guests around us.

Bed was not the most comfortable but would definitely stay again.

Staff was super friendly. They knew my name when I checked back out. Pool area was good. Everything was clean.

My companion had a different room and it had old carpet which made their room smell bad. There are not any electric car chargers.

The staff was nice. The location met our needs and it was a quiet area.

When booking I didn't notice these were full size bed instead of queen size beds . This was an inconvenience, but lesson learned for future bookings.

The breakfast was standard do it yourself but good coffee. Best feature was 80 yard walk to Scoops We had ice cream for dinner both nights. Long lines of locals but vey efficient

Bathroom was spacious....handicap unit. Breakfast was good but could have used some low sugar/low carb options

Bathroom was so dark. Could not see to apply makeup. Hotel was booked full of rowdy teenagers than ran up and down the halls.

Consistent quality of the building, it was clean, had plenty of parking and the location was very good. Hotel staff were accommodating and the lady at the front desk was very helpful.

I seemed to have difficulty getting the HVAC unit to keep the room at just the right temperature. It was too cold when we got there and too warm during the night. Probably my own fault - as I did not want to wake up my girlfriend by turning on the light to see what I was doing with the buttons, etc. Maybe a wall-mounted thermostat would have been ideal, but it was really a very minor issue overall. I would stay there again, although the rate was a tad on the high side compared to what I paid when I stayed in the area last time (at another chain).

Breakfast was great. I just wish it was a little bigger area with more seating.

We had an issue with our toilet and I was a little disappointed that I was asked to fix it myself instead of a staff member taking care of it.

Overall the stay was great. The hotel is in a nice location tucked away from the main roads, but also very close to food, stores, and attractions. Our room was clean and well stocked. I appreciated that they gave us a doorknob hanger with a checklist for items or services we could request for housekeeping to leave as opposed to coming in the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I come back for Field of Screams next year.

The front desk staff was a bit stoic when checking in. Weren’t as friendly or welcoming as I anticipated.
