The location was very convenient to restaurants and all of downtown Salem. Coffee bar and restaurant on site. We only used the coffee bar.

Had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Left at 11 and got back at 4 and the room hadn't been touched. Explained that stay overs get cleaned in the morning. Never have run into this before. Only had valet parking and when we arrived it was backed up due to a group checking in and no where to even pull your car over.

The room was difficult to keep at 69-70 degrees. When I arrived it was 75 degrees, and another time it was turned off and was quite warm. I felt like I had to keep adjusting it to keep it cool. I know that the restaurant will be open In a month, but I arrived at 8 pm on a weeknight, and all the restaurants in town close at 9 (apparently). It would have been nice not to have to brave the rain in the dark as a female.

The location was great. It is close to everything in downtown Salem. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were great. Each bed had four different types of pillows so you could find one for you.

The hotel is new. They need to work out the kinks. The HVAC system had a mind of its own. It would blow hot and cold air randomly. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The hotel parking sign was false advertising as they only had valet which was very slow.

Great walking location to park, restaurants, shopping, bars. Cleanliness, very comfortable beds/pillows, friendly staff, great valet service

Only complaint is the road noise. We were on the third floor, facing a busy road and could here it very well from our room. However, a white noise app on my phone drowned it out when we were sleeping, so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Excellent hotel. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The public spaces were extensive and welcoming. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stop here again.

This is a brand new beautiful hotel in downtown Salem. I was impressed by all the friendly staff. Also valet parking was only $20/night! Walking distance to great restaurants and local shops. Will stay here again!

Not a fan of the $20 a night parking but it beats having the car broken into.

The hotel was in a great location for walking downtown and the riverfront. The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful - gave lots of good recommendations for local restaurants and sites.

brand new and very clean. Staff were attentive, friendly ad helpful. Breakfast delivered to my room in the morning was so easy!

Only thing was they forgot to leave a napkin with breakfast. Simple mistake.

The Staff was the greatest! So friendly and accomodating. This new hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable.

The only negative I could think of is that the lounge chair in my room wasn't very comfortable.
