Building itself was a bit dated with old carpets in the hallway, but the room was spacious, clean, with wooden floors and no bad odours. Location was very convenient and in walking distance to most touristy areas. Very close to union square and china town.

There wasn't much water pressure in our room on level 4

The team was very welcoming. They allowed me to get the room 5 hours before the official hour, and they also let me after checking out rest and take a shower so I could arrive fresh to my flight - they would not allow me to pay for this extra service. great coffee house on the other side of the street in front of the hotel, good breakfast.

The couple running the hotel is delightful. It smells great inside and we felt safe inside the hotel. Stepping outside onto the streets of San Francisco... I wish I was wearing coveralls and wet wipes.

It is not a hotel experience. It is a place for a clean and good night's rest when experiencing San Francisco. That's exactly what we wanted.

I liked having our own bathroom, microwave and after minimal struggle, windows that opened. We liked the location, was easy to get to things and check in was quick and easy.

There was no fan, and no air condition. The air was hot and stagnant. With some effort we were able to get the windows open and cool off the room.

Family owned hotel! As soon as you walk in the whole place smells clean. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. All the sheets were clean. Neighbors kept to themselves. Secure hotel with a grocery store right next to it!

No complaints. Hotel is secure with a locked door.

the staff is always available, the area is quiet and quite central and the room was clean

nothing particularly bad, apart from the fitted carpet in the corridors... it's not the best.

location was decent for the price, TV and WiFi worked well and shower was good. I was looking for a cheap stay without compromising on these basic requirements.

Only tiny issue I had was room was a little cold but I was fine once under the covers in bed.

Awesome location in Tendernob. Very clean and recently renovated room. Lots of good food close by.

Bedding was a little uncomfortable and the heater is old and loud.

Super friendly staff, helpful holding bags and provided early checkin. Room was nice, and clean.

Not hotel's fault but SF is going downhill with homeless and area is a bit rough.
