We chose a king suite that had a separate sitting area with a pull-out couch, microwave and refrigerator. This was a great area to use if I or my husband wanted to read or relax, while the other might be napping in between visits to the French Quarter and surrounding sights. The bed was comfortable and it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend this hotel because it is in quiet neighborhood near a great selection of restaurants and local businesses. It is also a great way to visit New Orleans and the French Quarter without breaking the bank for hotels and eateries. This is our third time staying at this hotel and we plan to return.

We would have like to have seen a better selection of breakfast options. Scrambled eggs and sausage and cold cereal, bananas and coffee seemed to be the only offering. We decided to visit the French Press Cafe in Kenner where a great selection of breakfast sandwiches, muffins, coffee and pastries are served.

I didn't have any complaints about the room,staff, or the location but my main concern was when I booked the hotel stay it didn't inform us that the pool was not open hopefully the company can give us as much information about the hotel as possible on our next stay

Upon booking the company can give more details about the hotel pools because it was closed and that wasn't mention

Wasn’t the best comfort suites I’ve been in, but same ease of checking in, and comfortability. This location had less parking, but still a good stay

Lovely staff and lovely big comfortable and clean suite!

I'd booked to use the airport shuttle and swimming pool but both were out of action. However when I mentioned this to the manager he was able to inform me it was due to the national shortage of staff which really made sense! It might be helpful for Comfort suites to make this information available to clients in n advance.

Staff, especially Daisy, was very pleasant and professional.

Room 411 smelled terrible- musty, moldy smell. moved me to 410 and it only smelled bad when the a/c fan was off. I believe from this experience and other reviews that the hvac systems need thorough inspection and cleaning.

Everything was great

The room was comfortable and suited our needs. Check-in was relatively easy and quick. The breakfast had plenty of choices including hot items.

When 3 adults book the King Suite, please have a blanket & sheets already in the room for the pull-out sofa bed. Had to go back down to the front office to get them and there was no blankets available.

Checking in was fast and easy. The room was so perfect, spacious, perfect 4th floor view, the safe was a nice touch also. besides the Tv cable which glitches. The bed was nice and comfy. OMG the hot water!!!! Loved it.

Only one elevator was working, but there wasn’t many times we used it! The cable glitched badly to wear we turned it off and it stayed off. We just watched our laptop. Thank goodness the WiFi was on beast mode.
