Decent location. night person was really friendly. checked us in pretty quick.

not sure if there wasn’t an elevator or just wasn’t working. had to climb stairs with our luggage. not really a bad thing but after a long flight and getting there at 1 in the morning, would have been nice to go up in an elevator. our shower faucet leaked at night. could hear it and the bathroom door was super hard to close/open.

They had gated parking that made a person feel safe. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was hot & plentiful. Really close to Graceland.

The property was great, but the road conditions were pretty bad in Memphis. Terrible traffic & potholes everywhere

The staff was wonderful very nice &helpful. The room was excellent very clean

There wasn't anything near the property to do. The closest things was a burger king & a gas station with a chicken place in it

The location just lacked restaurants but for the most part was very quiet. Everyone was accommodating and polite. All for a few rowdy guest the stay was perfect but that's nothing the hotel can control. It was easy to get to which was great as well.

The loud guests but that's nothing the hotel can fix.

Friendly staff. We loved that the hotel was gated. Definitely put our minds at ease.

The room was clean, but it was obvious someone had been smoking in a non-smoking room.

Room was nice, good breakfast, great location.

Bathroom floor had paint spots all over the floor. TV didn't work most of the time, quite annoying. Coffee maker was broken, but replaced after 2 calls to the front desk.

-Very inexpensive -Close to the airport -Quiet at night,no street traffic -Had a small sitting area with a couch, separate from the sleeping area - updated, granite bathroom counter and showers walls -Light breakfast available

-Airport shuttle does not run after 5:00 - completely surrounded by a fence with locked gate. made me feel safe but also wonder if I was in a rough neighborhood

Location was very good.. and the workers are very nice.

The kids love to swim and everything was very clean and sanitized.

Very convenient to airport and good breakfast and bed comfortable. Bathroom needed some repairs, but was clean.

Carpet was frayed, shower rod bent and paint on the bathroom floor.

I liked that the property was very clean and centrally located to where we wanted to visit. Breakfast was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. Will stay again! Staff was very friendly and helpful!!
