We loved the location! We liked how central the property was to everything. Also, the fact that our car was able to be parked in valet and we didn’t have to worry about it was great. The staff throughout the hotel were wonderful and easy to work with. The on-site restaurant was really good for breakfast and dinner! As for the room, it was comfy! The bed was very nice and fresh. The shower had very good pressure, making you feel super clean after wandering town all day. The AC worked insanely well. We would definitely come back.

From the preview photos it looks like the floors are getting updated and renovated one after another, which is fine and completely understandable. Our room did seem a little dated and lacked a few basic amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and even a small safe box. It also seemed that the TV remote battery hadn’t been changed as we couldn’t get the TV to come on and when we did (by pressing the button on the TV) there was no sound. There was a burnt out bulb in the bathroom light fixture that went out fairly quick. The floors in the room seemed nice but we noticed small things along the trim and in smaller crevices like toothpicks or piles of dust built-up from previous customers.

The room was perfect, the location was perfect, the breakfast was great Upon arrival we were greeted at the front desk by one of the most polite staff members ever. Her name is Brideget, and the valet staff was very helpful in providing information for getting to the various attractions by trolley and bus. This would be my choice of places to stay while visiting Memphis

I have no complaints

The lobby is very nice. The restaurant attached was good and funky. The room was HUGE. Beds were comfortable. Pretty quiet room.

The bathroom was dark and the shower was like a cave...not having a light. It just needs to be removed because it makes zero sense to have a cave-like, mis-matched tile shower in addition to the shower over tub combo.

Proximity to the FedEx Forum was close and walking distance to area restaurants.

VALET PARKING ONLY. Received our car at check out and noticed the console on the car had been gone through and items/coins stolen. Reported to valet attendant. Frustrating to pay $35/day for the service and then to be stolen from on top of that.

The service was beyond my expectation. Karen and Kenneth assisted my daughter and I with check in. Giving m information on near by attractions, educating me on the area, followed up with me to make sure my room was comfortable for me. We were greeted professionally and with a smile. This was my first time here in Memphis and because of their hospitality I will be coming back and staying at this hotel!! Thank your making my stay here AMAZING 🤩

Getting help with my bags would have been nice. However, the facility provided a luggage cart so that helped a lot.

My boyfriend and I love going into the city every other weekend to enjoy the downtown vibes of Memphis. Our first stay at this hotel made our trip more pleasurable than usual. The restaurant and bar stayed open until 12 AM. Our favorite quality was the fact that hotel was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be including Beale St. The bed was super comfy and the room was quite spacious. Staff was also very courteous and friendly. We have already rebooked for our next stay.

There wasn’t much to complain about at all but if I’m being a perfectionist (which I’m not) I would say that checking in was a little difficult due to the limited space in the front of the hotel. but Valet quickly handled everything. I’m fact the valet was right up front when we entered the hotel.

restaurant and bar staff were nice. front desk and valet staff were awesome. location is perfect.

no pool, no room service, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. no place to lounge and unwind on site after a long day out in the heat.

The location was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. The hotel itself was very clean, the artwork was beautiful and I loved the front lounge area.

I would have enjoyed a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Other than that, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful, location is near everything I wanted to visit while in Memphis. The restaurant staff are friendly and nice every time I went to get some food. They are simply the best. I will stay there again.

Nothing really. I do think the driveway should be expanded. There is not a lot of space for people to wait for their cars or rides to pick them up.

Location and great restaurant with excellent breakfast

Bar was out of Miller lite...draft and bottle for all 3 days we were there. My husband was sad.. No fridge in room, so he couldn't bring personal stash😐
