The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the location was ideal for exploring Beale Street.

They should really try to have the second elevator fixed and operational. It has been out of service for a while, it seems, and one working elevator is not enough for a large hotel like it.

The location was amazing a few steps from all the attractions, and the staff were amazing, but I really need to give special praise to two particular members of staff on reception a very helpfu youngl gentleman called Armia who gave me advice on how to get to Graceland as cheaply as possible and always greeted us every time we came into the hotel with a huge smile. The second lovely lady named Ashley was attending all the guests and running around checking if everyone was ok again huge smile every morning working in a very busy environment but clearly loves her job and said it to me, I asked her if I could have a knife to cut an apple as the hotel only provides plastic cutlery and in a blink of an eye she raced off to the kitchen and brought the apple back cored and cut into sections. The next morning, Ashley was on duty again, and as soon as she saw me, immediately she asked, "Do you need your apple cut and again of she went to cut the apple into segments. This is a service you rarely find, and it is so refreshing. The company should be very grateful to have these two wonderful members of staff who front the business and provide exemplary customer service.

location was excellent!! the room was nice & the bed was very comfortable. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the extra perks that were included in the rate, compared to the other hotels in the area, made this hotel stand out. im happy I chose this hotel instead of the other ones in the area.

more staff at the front desk. it is a very busy hotel and there was usually only one person there to help everyone, whether during the mid day or at night. its too much for one person- especially at night when I needed help with something or a request for the room , only one person (who was at the reception) to help the entire hotel

The location was perfect for Beale Street and all other places around there that you may want to visit. The room was exceptionally clean, and the balcony was awesome. The breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast crew went above and beyond to make sure the guests were taken care of. Aramis checked us in at the front desk and he was awesome along with everyone that worked there. There is also a parking garage with security for an additional cost that was well worth it. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn to stay at.

Pool was small and cold- so couldn’t use it! Very disappointed! Room didn’t get cleaned or get towels till day before we left! Bc of location, very loud with music from area bars. That should be on the website, bc it affected our ability to sleep.

We upgraded to the suite which was large, comfortable and had a large balcony which overlooked the park and Beale St it was an ideal location. Bars and restaurants very local. Secure parking which enabled us to come and go to visit the many places of interest, which were all close by. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with friendly staff in full attendance. We wish we had made the time to make use of the indoor pool as it looked inviting.

We can not think of anything. It was pricey but when we considered changing our booking at a later date we realised there was a price change and we could have the much larger suite for a small increase.

I got there and booking.com was supposed to change my reservation from Sunday to Saturday, I had confirmation on my booking.com app but the hotel was not aware of the change. After waiting on the phone for 45 min I finally got ahold of someone, booking.com was not helpful however, the lady at the counter at the hotel was. The location was great right off Beale Street, it was noisy but that is to be expected, it was a great experience and I would stay there again.

I was over charged over 400 dollars due to misleading check in information. I booked through booking so the hotel offered no kind of help or assistance to help me get my refund. Booking team could not get a response from hotel manager to approve the refund. I did leave a complaint with Hilton also but no one still has not returned my call. I will be reporting this to the BBB if I have not heard back by 3/04/24.

We like the selection of extras with the breakfast and we liked the attendants who were there to assist, clean, and keep the food stocked up. Also, they were very cheerful and polite. They were a bonus to breakfast

I can't think of anything, except that it was very crowded because everyone decided to come have breakfast at the same time, plus I think a bunch on people were on a tour bus and they naturally had to flood the breakfast facilities. We still found a place to sit with a table.

The location was fantastic. Stones throw from anything. Staff was superb!! Lauren, you are wonderful! Breakfast staff were extremely nice. Great assortment of food. Exceptional communication from staff to make sure stay was enjoyable. Very nice touch!

The hotel is old and comes with some dings… extremely clean despite the age of the building and the massive amount of people staying there regularly.
