This is really a perfect hotel in every respect if you are traveling to el Calafate. The location is perfect for walking to the main part of the town, the room was simple but wonderful, and the value is unmatched. But the best part of all was Natasha at the front desk. She is the most amazing person. So sweet! She made us feel so comfortable with our stay and she is so much fun. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again whenever we return to Argentina. Thank you!

There is nothing that needs improvement. I am completely happy with our visit and believe ACA is a gem.

Great central location with restaurants and souvenir shops a short walk away. Room was relatively spacious so you could open two suitcases without obstructing the walkway too much. Wifi is secured and the staff greet you enthusiastically every time you leave and enter the hotel.

There were no coffee/tea facilities or kettle for boiling hot water in the room. One staff at the breakfast counter was really particular whether we sat at a table set up for three when we were only two. If you shower in the wee hours of the morning, it will take more than 20 mins for the water to get hot.

Excellent staff! Natasha booked us dinner when we got in late and asked us specific questions about what we wanted. Location was ideal and interior was very nice. Some drawers and a little more comfy mattress would have been 5 stars but highly recommend!!

Enjoyed this property so much! Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice towels and great water pressure in shower. Very good breakfast offering. Loved the location.

Very clean, at the main street where you can get food, souviniers and looking for local tours. Furniture is new.. simple. Receptionist very friendly eventho not manage to speaknin english. Highly recommended.

Everyone comes to El Calafate should consider Hotel ACA. The location is great, one block to the center of the main street. The room was clean and warm. All staff were friendly and helpful. The price was fair enough. There was nothing I can complain about.

The location is very central and makes it easy to go for a bite outside in the center of Calafate. The room is what you would expect but comes with a nice bathroom and has the facilities you might need. Staff was very friendly.

My room was a bit further from the desk and therefore had bad-average WiFi (1-2 of 3 stripes). The breakfast wasn’t really special, I guess that’s maybe an Argentinian thing (also noticed this in my stay in BA).

The location and its facilities are very good! We were close to all relevant restaurants and shops. Inside the hotel, the lobby and rooms were very welcoming and pretty modern for the standard in this city.
