Super clean - especially for a pet friendly hotel. They even had items for the dogs to use like bags, cologne, treats. In a good location in Canberra CBD near lots of eateries. We booked the night before NYE and was expecting something low quality because we also had to look for a hotel that was pet friendly for our dog and lots of places were booked out. Was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a hotel that was sophisticated, clean and friendly for pets.

Parking is a bit of a pain but not really their fault. Just something to consider next time. There's two carparks: - one across the road but once you go in you can't come out otherwise you have to pay for the fee again (I think it was like $16 per night. - one in the government building which is a few mins walk from car to hotel. It's like $22 (not sure if it's per night or entire time as we only stayed one night ( if you get hotel to validate parking ticket but you can go in and out as you please. We chose to do this as it felt safer and we could leave to go places. Bit tricky to find entrance so ask for instructions. Would be really cute if they had a dog bed and some bowls in room for doggy as an additional touch but I'm sure they have reasons why they can't / don't do that

Best pet friendly hotel we have stayed at! We almost walked out thinking we had the wrong hotel it was that nice (the dogs happily being walked around was the only telltale sign this was pet friendly). They were great with our 2 cats and the room was spacious enough for all of us. Location was very good and decent walking distance from everything. There is a zone where you can park near the side that allows you to park and unload luggage if you have a lot which was very helpful.

No parking - had to find one across the road which was slightly confusing where to go but was decent walking distance.

The location is amazing. Only a few minutes walking distance from food court and shops.

Breakfast was served at a café across the street, and the service was disappointing. While the staff were friendly, there was one person, possibly the owner, who was particularly rude. Additionally, when you opt for the breakfast-inclusive package, the hotel charges you the same as other hotels that serve breakfast on-site. However, children are not included in this breakfast package. This is frustrating, especially since the hotel considers children when sizing the room and charges extra accordingly. It would be more fair to include breakfast for children in the package.

Fantastic full self contained apartment with separate bedroom for the two kids. The kitchen was great with fully functional cooktop and oven. Housekeeping cleaned the room and provided fresh towels every day. Very clean, very comfortable with everything needed for a short stay. Big bathroom with big shower, all very clean and modern. The location was fantastic, a 1 min walk to the main shopping centre in Canberra. We were also able to see the New Years fireworks from our apartment window.

I really like this hotel, quite even it is in the city center. It's close to canberra center (mall) and lot of restaurants around and bar. Walkable to Alinga tram station, CMAG and other tourist spot can be visited by bus, there's bus station in front of this hotel. The room is so clean, and the mini kitchen is equipped with things you need to cook if you're on a budget. Also, we came so early around 11am and they let us checked in without additional cost. Thank you!

Nothing major. I just wish the mirror near the dining table was placed near the window instead of an art frame for make up purposes. I prefer the natural light when applying make up :)

Location was great. Close to everything No actual parking . Need to utilize the alternative options from either parking across the road or behind at the shopping center. The parking out back is a pay station and from memory 2 hourly. Beds were comfy but pillows not so.

The entrance from the living to the bathroom is extremely dangerous. I tripped over the step. There should be a smooth piece of wood to eliviate the gap. VERY DANGEROUS ! Pillows are not comfortable, plenty of them but just cheap.

Hotel was clean and modern with a well presented room. Perfect for a single night stay. Central location near transport, shopping centre, and restaurants etc.

We knew coming here that there was no onsite parking so this isn't a complaint. But for a family with three young children it is a challenge, especially when you have to park at the shopping centre (which is not free) and need to walk at night. With that in mind I'd recommend just getting dinner delivered rather than doing pickup runs.

The room was fantastic. We arrived at the door to find the cutest sausage dog mat - that indicated it was indeed a very pet friendly hotel. Then when we went inside, there was a plush dog bed & water bowl. What a welcome. The hotel was very centrally located in the CBD area of Canberra - very handy for restaurants/cafes etc. There is also a fab little cafe right next to/part of the hotel - great coffee & croissants.

Google Chrome facility in the room for casting from your phone. I have seen some reviews regarding parking - they are very upfront & honest about that in the email you receive post-booking. Therefore, whilst it would be great for parking to be closer - you're well aware of that once you've booked & can cancel your booking if it's too inconvenient.

Within walking distance to the Canberra Centre and a bunch of really good cafes. Super easy to get around and plenty of good restaurants also within walking distance. You could easily find things to do in the area without needing to drive or take public transport anywhere.

No dedicated car park although there are plenty of options of where to park for a small fee. The staff are really nice and give you plenty of instructions on how and where to park.

The location was perfect for me to get to the Canberra Times Marathon start line. I love that there was a 24 hour gym. I always stay at the Sebel Civic when I attend the running event in April and it never disappoints. Easy to check in, easy to get around. Thank you

The TV in the gym was a bit hard to operate and the pillows were too soft in the room. But that is not the worst thing in the world, and definitely did not ruin my experience here. I might just bring my own pillow next year.
