The room was fantastic. We arrived at the door to find the cutest sausage dog mat - that indicated it was indeed a very pet friendly hotel. Then when we went inside, there was a plush dog bed & water bowl. What a welcome. The hotel was very centrally located in the CBD area of Canberra - very handy for restaurants/cafes etc. There is also a fab little cafe right next to/part of the hotel - great coffee & croissants.

Google Chrome facility in the room for casting from your phone. I have seen some reviews regarding parking - they are very upfront & honest about that in the email you receive post-booking. Therefore, whilst it would be great for parking to be closer - you're well aware of that once you've booked & can cancel your booking if it's too inconvenient.

Location is great, walking distance to shoppping, restaurants, attractions & lake. Nespresso machine was a bonus with coffee pods supplied, kitchenette was sufficient. The bed was very comfortable.

Housekeeping pretty crap only a 1 star hotel clean, never replaced sugar or tea had to get from the after hrs amenities cupboard. Didn't clean floors properly. Stayed for 7 nights asked several times to be moved for a bit of a view, front desk staff say couldn't be accommodated, we were put on 2nd floor over looking a carpark quadrangle, noisy early mornings. Very disappointed first trip to Canberra from the West. The pillows are horrible.

The location was good, as it was within walking distance to all the facilities we needed to attend, eg, War memorial, and Anzac Parade. Also, the O. P. L. restaurant was very handy and of good quality.

Although the hanging space in the wardrobe was reasonable, there were no shelf space to store simple things like underwear, folded clothes, etc. So, we basically had to keep our underwear, etc, in the suitcase for the entire five nights. A simple small set of three drawers on each side of the bed would have been good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to express my appreciation for the friendly staff at the front desk. They were exceptionally kind and even treated our dog with great friendliness. However, the lack of parking spaces posed a bit of an inconvenience for us, especially with children and a dog in tow. Having to park far away made the journey quite a bit longer. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the welcoming and accommodating staff.

NO parking space.

Great location, right in the centre of city. Room on 8th floor had lovely views, was very quiet and beds super comfy, so a great night’s sleep. The kitchenette was compact but by far the best equipped of anywhere we’ve stayed previously, it had everything we needed and more.

A bit slack on replacing consumables - teabags, hot chocolate, dish detergent sachets, tea towels, but not a big deal in the overall scheme of things, just a bit disappointing. We didn’t have, or need a car, but parking might be an issue if you do.

The location is in the center of city, but actually, Canberra is not a big city, and it's very close to some public place of Canberra, and I came here for business, just walk around the hotel and looks very convenient to see some public place. It’s just that after 22 o’clock or 23 o’clock there will be no front desk staff, and self-check-in is required. I have never encountered such a thing before, but I have encountered it several times later. This is also a new experience and physical examination.

Maybe the app reminded me abt the limited check-in time but I didn't notice it.

Location was excellent, it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Rooms were spacious, room amenities were excellent also and the beds were very comfy! Awesome having plenty of power sockets in the room too; especially next to the beds to plug in devices and small appliances.

Nearest parking was at the end of the next block and you have to double park in a no stopping zone (with other guests) to unload/ load bags and suitcases from and into your car.

The location is great. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean, pleasant and well maintained. Room with single beds was a separate bedroom, so adults had the remainder of the apartment to themselves. Full kitchen was useful for preparing a meal, prepping our lunch to take away before we left.

Limited parking.

The location was perfect and the staff very friendly. The room was clean.

They didn’t have their own parking which meant I had to park away from the hotel and pay for it too. As a pet owner I had to find a parking where I can have access to and from with my dog so couldn’t park in Canberra centre . There is a public parking only 5 mins walk from hotel but it was expensive and I had to carry all my luggage and the dog to and from the hotel which was a bit inconvenient.
