The location and amenities. Loved the warm spa next to the pool. Nice to relax outside at night in the spa had it to our selfs and being a cold winder night the condensation/fog coming off the warmth of the spa made the lighting and the design around the pool area look even more grand and spectacular, under the stars

While filling up the spa, seen a sign stating that if filling the spa, there will be no access to hot water for a few hours afterwards as each room has their own hot water tank,went to hop in and the spa was cold, the hot water tank doesn’t allow to fill the spa. I was boiling the kettle and back and forth with it, till it was just warm, being winder I would have preferred it nice and hot but was unable to. 😩

The location was excellent., close to buses and light rail, cafes and restaurants, and parks. The apartment was large. Clean and comfortable furniture. Two large televisions. Very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. Large under cover balcony. Good lighting. Lift was very quick (no waiting). Full size fridge. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher.

The bathroom was not sufficiently clean. The smoke alarm was set off just by cooking toast even though it had not burned. A large crack in the outside of the spa bath was dirty and joins between the shower screen and the cabinetry were dirty. No baking tray for the oven apart from the shelf and no oven mit or oven proof cookware. Pool was closed beyond the date we were advised but management compensated us for that.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The two bathrooms were fantastic. It was well located to take the bus to the Australian National Library and near the shops. It also allowed us to be independent including throwing the rubbish in the chute. We liked that we got the towels changed daily.

The smell from the rubbish chute was pretty bad. I think something was stuck in there and no one got it out. I thought maybe reception could be a little friendlier. I think we should get a physical map and some information on where the shops are, bus station etc. I understand everybody now uses the Smart phone but a physical map would have been handy. It would also help if there was a book with instructions on how to use the television etc. We needed to ask reception to learn how to adjust the volume in the television.

The beds were comfy, the 2 bedroom apartment was large and perfect for our family of 5 The location to the city center was perfect for us so we didn't have to drive anywhere The staff were friendly and welcoming, the aroma the second you walked in was brilliant

Curtains were a bit tattered, but still serviceable and kept the night light out and noise to a minimum, unfortunately the advertised mountain view was non existent due to the new building being errected opposite the hotel, which took away the mountain view.

Location made it very easy to get to the centre of the city. Just 1 street away so a fantastic balance of accessibility and reduce noise for sleeping. Room - not just a room, it is an apartment. Fully functional apartment. Bed - fantastic. Plenty of extra blankets if required. Air con was excellent. Pool - not functioning at present. This was told to us so that was all good. It doesn’t look far off being completely renovated.

Canberra streets - some foot paths are unbelievably bad. Not good for elderly or wheel chairs or people with walking problems. Bus from airport to the city was simple. Although we found out the MyWay card only works for 1 year from purchase(this does NOT match the card expiry written on the card). A fair bit of mucking around. Buy a new one, add money to it, then request a link. No notification that they are linked so I assume next trip should be OK. Have to hand write the expiry down to keep a record

The property is well located. Walking distance to shopping precinct, cafes and restaurants. Within close proximity to all the sight seeing venues. Has light rail service almost at your doorstep if you choose to use that within the cbd area. Apartment well equipped. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Room service daily was fabulous. Internal laundry in apartment very handy. Staff very helpful, professional and friendly.

The only thing was the car parking. Limited spaces for guests and difficult to get into with a large fwd. However, in saying that it was doable with a little patience needed.

We are a quiet couple and decided on here for New Years. We booked the one bedroom apartment, it had a spa bath, a balcony, 2x air con, 2x tvs, a full kitchen with microwave and stove oh and a Laundry with a dryer. It was super clean. Chelsea who was the host/concierge was so helpful, she was polite, easy to talk to and had all the information we needed plus extra information about the best dinner spots and even info for the fireworks that night. An amazing staff member that deserves a raise! The location is so good, nice and close to the centre and easy for uber/taxi for pick up and drop off OH also, maccas is literally on ground floor for late night meals haha

The only thing that we didnt like particularly was the firmness of the matress on the bed. It was quite hard to sleep on. Apart from that everything else was amazing ha

Corridors are well lit and well appointed. Room carpets a clean, and not worn. This kitchen was functional. Your beds and furniture are all quite new. Comfortable furniture for guests to relax.

No spare blankets! I had to use my puffer jacket as a second blanket. You haven’t spent any money in the big stuff. The air conditioners are old, noisy and slow to heat the room. The window frames and doors are decades old and leak heat and noise. So because the rooms are a bit draggy, the old noisy air conditioner has to stay on. The TV’s seem to be free to air only. Screen mirroring doesn’t work because you haven’t connected the tv’s to the wi-fi. The bathrooms are clean but early 90’s - spa baths! Microwave ovens work but pretty old and clunky - though easy to use. So three!3.5 stars in my view.

Location was very good, walking distance to central area, shops and restaurants, easy to access public transport. Had all the amenities you need, although a little dated still very functional. Bed was ok. 2 TV's which were large, one in the bedroom. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with balcony and spa. Did not use the spa.

The view, I had a room with a balcony but the view was of other balcony's and I could not see the street. The balcony sliding door did not lock. Room was serviced however this was minimal. Only made my bed on one day out of the 5. Mainly just left more towels that I didn't need. Not a big deal overall but in case you are looked for serviced rooms you may not get what you are expecting.

But good thing is that the Adina services apartment James Court. They upgraded us to the King size room and the total environment is nearly perfect. All kinds of necessity home equipment all well ready equipped. The family room with a 65 inches HD TV. Very nice! - Personnels are very cooperative, and supportive on all kinds of requests. Especially, Miss Tori is very helpful. - The location of this service apartment is very convenience. By walking distance, you could visit Canberra Centre. Or the Murrays Coach main station or the nearby Light Rail station. -

On this Apartment, you got to be make sure your total duration of stay. Due to the current situation of Canberra, it is the Floriade season. So it is far too difficult to book any kinds of accommodation. Unfortunately, James Courts is fully booked for the coming two weeks. So, I wanted to extend my stay. Either I have to pay double of my previous booked price or I should go somewhere else to stay. - Wifi signal not very stable. It will be dropped off signal from time to time. Got to be improved as soon as possible.
