The location is excellent - a short walk to Civic in Canberra, the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in recently and the included breakfast continental buffet was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had a great view over the park across the street.

Can't fault anything about this place - second time we've stayed there and will be returning.

The location of the premises was excellent : within a short walking distance to the CBD, and a wide range of restaurants nearby. The carpark secure and undercover, accommodating our 4WD easily. The buffet breakfast was an added bonus. Room was comfortable with a balcony for the studio apartment. The bathroom was spacious, with a large shower. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The property was opened in 1985, and unfortunately the public areas, balconies and breakfast room have not been well maintained eg. Peeling paint on balcony and hall walls, mismatched chairs in Atrium. This is a real shame, as the property deserves better care. The exhaust in the bathroom required cleaning. The king sized bed was very soft, giving the impression of a water bed.

We like the location and the size of the room and the extra cooking facilities that were available to us. Glad to see that more properties are moving away from the individual bathroom products and supplying more sustainable options. The staff were very helpful when checking in. The buffet breakfast was great and the secure car parking that it was included in the price. A very comprehensive guide to what is available around the area and about how to use the appliances. We would stay here again if travelling to Canberra again.

The room needed a bit of maintenance. On the back of the main door the weather strip was bent and lifted away from the door. Where the door closer have been replaced on the door a bit of paint to cover when it was. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

On arrival the building looked a little tired and outdated, however on accessing our room, we were pleasantly surprised how clean, modern and comfortable the room was being newly renovated. Hence the saying never judge a book by its cover is so totally relevant, The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. The bed very comfy. Although our room balcony faced a main road and junction of traffic lights, we could not hear the outside traffic when the double-glazed sliding doors were closed. We slept well. A great location close to nature (park) and to restaurants, with tram access close by. The room price included continental breakfast and free parking - value!!! A satisfied customer, couldn't fault anything

The location was excellent for my purposes. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was a good size and easy to use. The apartment was well airconditioned and comfortable, most importantly, the bed room was airconditioned. Local area access was good and the shops were within walking distance along with good places to eat. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The room was nice and quiet. I will be thinking of staying there again in the future. The shower was clean and there was plenty of hot water. You could also adjust the shower head easily.

The parking was an issue, small spaces and limited amount of spaces. The elevator was in need of maintenance as it would sometimes take a long time to operate. The room was good but needed some minor repair, the blind pully was broken and the wardrobe was dirty at the top (fluff had accumulated on the top half of the exterior) and was starting to come apart at one of the exterior seams.

Good staff, nice room. Bed could have been a little wider but it was very comfortable. Hot water pressure was excellent. Good breakfast, some hot options would be nice.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom was odd. Stayed steamed up for a long time after showers. The undercover parking was a bit tricky, the height warning upon entry said maximum height 2 metres but when we drove in, there were several sections with pipes hanging down and there’s a maximum height of 1.8 metres in those areas. We found a park that our 4wd fitted but might be a good idea to have a second warning sign up about the different maximum heights once in the carpark.

Location is great - just around the corner from bent spoke brewery and a heap of other restaurants. easy walk home after a night out in the CBD. We've stayed here before, but I accidentally booked the apartment rooms this time - what a happy accident! They look very recently renovated, with great bathrooms, lovely water pressure and nice fittings. The hotel itself is more dated than others in Canberra, but the rooms are great, the beds are delicious, the staff are nice and the parking is super easy. Clean, comfy, great location, easy parking. What's not to like!

Perfect location, great price and only a 10 min drive to all the tourists spots. Free parking definitely a plus! 😊 Staff were so friendly and fantastic with children. My little boys day was made each morning from the lovely girls at the front desk chatting to him about our plans for the day. Even more welcoming when we got back each afternoon with a lovely smile and question about our day. He absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back again soon!

it can be quiet noisy which is understandable being that it is located on a busy main road not much you can do.. however the noise from other rooms and guest next door talking tv etc was quiet off putting.

The room was spacious, kitchen were functional, carpet was clean, mattress and pillows were comfy Bathroom was modern and clean, plenty of storage space Oriental breakfast provided were tasteful, the coffee was strong and great - highly appreciated Staff were friendly and helpful Gym was clean with functional weight equipment for upper and lower body workout plus cardio treadmill and rowing machine The carpark was under rooftop

Microwave in room 116 was not working Mattress in room 118 was a little soft, preventing restful sleep

Madison Executive apartments was a lovely clean motel. The hallways were slightly dark but doesn’t effect a comfortable, clean larger style accomodations. The beds were the most comfortable thing I think I have ever slept on. The location was absolutely amazingly close to shopping centre and amazing eateries. The staff were beautifully friendly. Perfectly small kitchenette with a bar fridge. The kids were pleasantly surprised that the tv included Netflix and free wifi. Highly recommended!!

Again not that it caused us any issues as we drive a smaller SUV but the carpark was fairly tight especially when full.
