Position was very convenient being off the highway, room size was a huge surprise, the bed was very comfortable and luxurious. The very convenient on-site restaurant had a very good selection for dinner and breakfast which was thoroughly enjoyed. The surprising decor and architecture was special inside as well as in the gardens. A beautiful place.

Just a couple of aesthetics need to be addressed and it would be perfect. (Apparently already being addressed)

The room looked like it had been renovated nicely; and although it was close to the reception and the resturant it was quiet with garden access to resturant. The resturant was beautifully decorated and a beautifal tudor motif; complete with matching table settings. There were two areas of the resturant; the Tudor styled and the indoor verandah with greenery from the ceiliing and a lamp pole. With a bit of snow it would pass for area behind the wardrobe entrance to Narnia.

Despite the well appointed resturant, the Tudor styling area was not being used. Instead the indoor veranda area (Narnia) used area with bowling club styled table settings.

Spacious clean room with all expected appointments. Central green space of the property is excellent as a distraction from the Pacific Hwy noise. Suggest use of this space by guests be encouraged. Restaurant is large and well set up. Good range of beer and wine. Staff were very helpful.

The immediate local area is very busy - Pacific Hwy - which is great for transport access but not great for taking a stroll. The large green space in the middle of the property has great potential as an alternative means of relaxation. The noise from the Hwy was not noticeable in the room. Note that the building is well set back from the Hwy.

The property is spotlessly clean. I have stayed here a few times and in the past the only thing that has disappointed me was the hardness of the bed. This was a different room, and it didn’t disappoint me. It was comfortable. It was clean will definitely book that room again highly recommended

The size of the TV , It was a huge room with a little TV, but I’m just being picky. I love the room.

I loved the view from my room - and the fact that there are 2 doors to the room and there's a pleasant view from each. I also love the huge parking spaces where I can pull up close to the door - it makes unloading the car much easier.

The tea making facilities and the microwave are at the opposite end of the room from the water supply. There's also not a lot of natural light in the room.

Love having a dining table to sit at to have dinner Lovely large bathroom with large shower cubicle. The room was good size. Lovely garden view It's great to have back and front door on the room. Room had a couch to sit and watch tv. Air conditioning works well. The room has crockery and cutlery supplied with a selection of teas to choose from. The bed is so comfortable.

Tv was a little small and wasn't able to see tv from single bed.

Great location for travelling as it’s on the highway. The room we had was down the back so no highway noise whatsoever. Great restaurant and bar with delicious food. Spacious surroundings.

The rooms are a little dated and stains on the carpet. The place could do with a renovation. But having said that I would stay there again.

The location is perfect as midway stop enroute to Sydney for an early appointment. As we were late arriving, the management sent an SMS to state where we could find the securely stored room key; which enabled us to arrive and depart outside of office hours. The room was prepaid via booking.com.

The breakfast was not ealy enough to allow travellers rising early to continue the journey with a sit down breakfast before commencing. Office hours could be longer for those leaving earlier and not pre-paid. This would provide a level of confidence the room was paid for.

The location is perfect and the place is lovely. The staff is friendly.

The only thing that upset me is that my room was dirty, the bathroom was clean, but the place was dusty. The food is good, but at breakfast it took them 40 minutes just to bring us the menu.

We had a family room that was very large. It felt like an apartment. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was recently renovated and modern.

The mattresses weren't very comfortable - bumpy and uneven. The motel is on a busy road which was ok because we stayed in one of the back rooms but it is hard to get to the service station and restaurants on the other side of the highway.
