An unusual location however a good place to stay overnight when travelling so its not really an issue. Was great value with the deal we got on booking.com at the time. Room was clean, quiet and spacious enough, but fairly "characterless". Bed was fine and AC worked well.

The entry process to the building the first time was difficult as we didnt realise the touch screen was activated best by placing your hand over it not just touching it.....only found out by watching someone else get in successfully! The whole stafflass reception thing is a bit odd but worked OK

Very clean, well appointed with all the basic needs of a traveller passing through, very convenient, would stay again.

We were disturbed to receive various scam messages associated with our stay (not Alloggio's fault). We received 4 scam emails urging us to click on links to checkin and later to checkout, plus txt messages as well. They were obvious scam attempts so we ignored and deleted them, and we called the property to confirm that they did not come from them. We tried to report this problem online to Booking.com but found it impossible to locate any sort of Contact Us facility on the Booking website. The location, value for money, facilities and cleanliness. The bed was comfy we were provided extra pillows and a blanket. We definitely made use of the tea amenities and vending machines. Checking in was easy for us but I think it would be a bit of a challenge for the elderly as the lobby door requires a code and so do the room doors but other than that it was an easy and convenient check in. A lot of parking onsite. All on all we enjoyed our stay at Allogio’s as always and will definitely be staying there again in the future. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay when travelling or visiting. Close to some pretty great eateries, a personal favourite of mine is Mortels Cafe.

Location convenience at end of motorway walking distance to service station and fast food if needed. No reception staff but text message with details was easy to use. Ample parking for car in carpark and prime mover cab on street without being in others way. Single entry but multiple exits available.

Stayed in 114 which is on the end of the ground floor directly across from an exit door. Rooms are not overly soundproof so the heavy metal door closing from 4am was my alarm clock as the exodus began. TV screen was a bit small compared to the distance between the bed head and wall but was usable.

Although set in a business park it was not far from the M1 Motorway and was perfect for our overnight stay en-route to Sydney. Check-in was easy with a code so no key to misplace or leave in the room. Although there was no meal offering it as just around the corner from fats food outlet and only 5 min drive to Beresfield which a had a good selection of restaurants and takeaways. I can definitely recommend Pizza HQ. If heading back to Sydney via M1The Ampol on Wakeley's Dr has a great breakfast selection including good coffee a very reasonable prices.

Alloggio Thornton was exceptionally clean and quiet. Although it was only a very short distance from the New England Highway, there was no traffic noise. We had the Family Suite which was two adjoining rooms with a double interconnecting doorway. Each room had a king size bed and its own bathroom/kitchenette. Both rooms were large and tidy, as were the bathrooms. Booking in was easy - just entered the provided code at the front door and the room door. Plenty of free parking.

Nothing. There was no restaurant attached, but we did not need one. There was a fridge and microwave for basic cooking but again we didn't need them.

The location was convenient for our needs, however the directions were a bit poor to get there, and you needed to go down the road and do a U turn due to medium strip blocking right hand turns into the street,

The TV was internet only and kept dropping out. Not all TV stations were available, or the tv was hard to navigate. You could only reach the light switch from one side of the bed, the other side was out of reach.

There were tradesmen vehicles parked in the disabled car parks & the signed off in-between signed off car park. When I got down near my room it smelt like someone was smoking in a near by room. The kettle must not have been used recently as it was a bit dusty. There wasn’t any plates, bowls, cutlery (other then teaspoons).

Fantastic little option , very new and modern, extremely clean and well stocked with plenty of toiilet paper and liquid bodywash/handwash and shampoo dispensers. Good quality products and smell really nice. Really easy transaction and instructions on contactless process of accessing the oroperty/room. The main room was a really good size and had a good little wardroble and bar fridge/microwave/ kettle area. Also came with a ironing board and iron. The bathroom was a really good size and the shower was a large one... approximately 1200 x 100cm (plenty of room).. also came with a hairdryer. Really close to everything you need, main hwy just down the road,shopping centre 5 minutes drive, plenty of take away options close by, also right near a 7 eleven servo. Only downfall for us was the bed was too firm .

Clean and tidy and close to cafes, fast food and restaurants as well as attractions. I always stayed here whenever I was in the area and I find it very convenient and comfortable

There was a sewage smell that would come from the shower drain and it would stink up the whole room and because there was no open windows it was just very intense at night.
