Excellent location, good service and clean. Convenient and comfortable.

Shower area is slightly small, water will spread to the toilet area as the drain does not clear the water that well. The pool area is not maintained well, many dead bugs and broken tiles at the side of the pool.

This is a superb location for staying in Sydney. The hotel is close to public transport, with Wynyard station just outside. The room had most things you would need for a trip to Sydney. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the microwave was an added bonus. The noise from the construction works for the twin underground rail tunnels was very minor and didn't affect my stay at all.

The elevator doors would sometimes not open once at the floor selected, which is done by scanning the room key card or making a selection on the touchscreen in front of the elevator. I had a few trips that went back up a few levels after stopping at the requested floor due to the doors not opening. I had to exit and re-select the floor. The floor in the room was a little dusty/dirty in a few areas, especially behind the entrance door. The shower didn't have a glass door, so water easily escaped and pooled into the bathroom. This room didn't have a dryer, so it was hard to try and dry the towels by hanging them up. However, the towels were changed daily, so this wasn't too much of an issue.

This hotel is in a great location. it’s newly renovated and very clean. The rooms are specious with plenty of wardrobe and draw space. We had a small kitchenette, with good a coffee and tea supply and all cutlery and dishes necessary if we needed to order in. no room service. The bar on the top floor was ambient and great for a night cap!

Entertaining the hotel can be confusing as the entrance is dark and moody with a small desk and I imagine most people assume this is reception, but it’s just Concierge. The staff weren’t overly clear and assume you know where to go but somehow we worked out that the reception and check in is on the 20th floor. I saw this happen several times while waiting for the lift. Confused guests and not overly helpful concierge.

The location is great, within walking distance of Darling Harbour and Sydney Opera House. There are a variety of bars and restaurants within the area which were really lively due to it being NYE. The room was modern and had good facilities, we were travelling so the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer was an added bonus and part of the reason I booked this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, the cooking facilities were grubby, as though it hadn't been cleaned. I noticed powdered makeup had been dropped in the bathroom by another guest and had been missed by the cleaners. The room we had was situated on the 3rd floor above the entrance, there was an extremely loud bar on the corner opposite where we could hear loud music and people shouting until about 2am.

Central location, good room size, aircon was excellent. A special shout out to Tanya who was incredibly helpful!

The west side of the property is noisy as the building next door has been knocked down, as a result the neighbouring nightclub noise travelled into the hotel. Tanya moved us promptly and was so helpful, causing minimal disruption. She truly was excellent as were all the staff. I recommend getting a room on the east side of the building or the noise may be problematic for your sleep from the ivy.

Fantastic Stay I stayed for five days during Christmas, and my experience exceeded all expectations. This was a 10/10 stay, and I would definitely come back. The property is modern, new, and exceptionally well-maintained. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was fully equipped with everything I needed—kitchen, laundry, and even a dryer. It was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The apartment was spotless, modern, and felt like a home away from home. The staff were super polite and accommodating, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the gym—modern, clean, and offering a nice view, which made workouts feel less like a chore. The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable. Right in the city center, it was close to everything I needed, from dining options to shopping and sightseeing. It made exploring Sydney during the holidays incredibly easy and stress-free.

the pool was a great feature of the hotel. studio king felt roomy, was lovely and comfortable, amenitites were new. nice views of the city. perfect location in the city close to bars and restaurants. had drinks at dean and nancy before dinner which was a fantastic NY vibe bar.

the lift system needs to be fixed ASAP. our key card only gives us access to our floor, so we had to wait 15 mins for it to arrive on our floor every time we tried to use it(!!) as other people were picked up from reception and dropped off at their floors first. it is a terrible lift system, why is this even a thing? it's inefficient and there is already a well tested and proven way to operate lifts in hotels. open the card access to every floor so people can get on and off as the lift goes up and down.

Central location with easy access to Wynyard (direct train to SYD airport) and Barangaroo (Darling Harbour). One-Bedroom Apartment came with kitchenette, washer and dryer (with small pouches of detergent provided) which were very useful during the stay. Despite the small size, the gym and pool were nice to have.

Cleaning standards could be improved as several parts of the room was dusty. Shower design is not the best as it shares the floor with the rest of the bathroom, separated only by a small drain, meaning that the bathroom floor often ends up soaked.

We liked the spacious one bedroom apartment, the facilities in the apartment, and the comfy sofa and bed, the TV channels, the balcony. The location was just brilliant! Easy walk to everything from shopping to circular quay and the rocks. THe O Bar is next door!

What could be improved? The place was dusty in less used areas - ie the top shelf of the cupboard left my back pack covered in dust. A lot of things were broken - the blind, the sink didn't drain, the shower didn't adjust. But they fixed everything very fast. A hotel of this quality should provide gowns for the pool - we asked and were given some, but then the cleaning service took them and we had to ask for them again. Just small things and it'd be great. Plus, the restaurant was closed throughout our stay - over Xmas. It would've been nice to have been told this in advance.

Great location close to Wynyard train station as well as light rail, circular key, Pitt Street mall, supermarket and liquor store. Large food court also right next door open on weekdays. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The kitchenette was handy with everything we needed. Apartment was quite spacious and we loved having two bathrooms. Our children enjoyed swimming in the pool every day but the water was a little cool for us even as Tasmanians! Gym is also small but adequate. We were on the 19th floor - didn't have issues with building noise but did hear quite loud music throughout the night especially on the weekend.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived around 12 noon so came back at 2 and it still wasn't ready. We waited while they said housekeeping was separating the double bed to two singles for our children but when we got to the room this hadn't been done. Small maintenance issues like the blind in the bathroom not working. Lifts could be slow especially on the day one was out of service.
