It’s now just on two weeks since I checked out and I still haven’t had my security deposit $199 refunded? I have tried to call them many times but usually it just rings out . I have managed to speak to someone twice and got nothing . Not happy

I found the bed and lounge to be incredibly comfortable and peaceful. Its a quite building despite being close to a busy street. My single room had a full kitchen and dining table, small balcony, and a king bed. The bathroom was spacious with nice amenities. The bed and linen felt pretty luxurious and fresh compared to most at this price range in the CBD.

The kitchen appliances, cups and cutlery were not very clean. I chose not to use them, This could be from previous people not cleaning them properly, but APX should be cleaning them anyway.

The hotel is well located near to the World Square shopping centre as well as approximately a 50m walk to the light rail to get you to Circular Quay. The room was spacious and very clean despite what I had read in some other reviews.

Central location, very easy to access from airport via the train and a short tram ride & walk. Nice high floor room which was peaceful & quiet. Room not ready on arrival but bag stored & late checkout (extra hour) easily arranged & much appreciated!

Rooms are a little tired but have a full fridge, microwave, cooktop & excellent air conditioning.

We had problems but they were fixed the next day so that was good. We had a problem with our fridge and also a leaking roof from the aircon. We have been told we are being reimbursed for 1 nights accommodation (that hasn’t happened yet) due to the leak which was nice of them. Lovely man who helped us.

Washing machine smelly as you can’t leave lid open to air it out as the dryer is in the way. Bins were not cleaned in room properly and spare bags were dumped underneath bin liner so they got filthy. Top of fridge was dirty. We had an unfortunate thing happen with the roof leaking they said they will refund us a nights accommodation for the inconvenience which was nice and they fixed the problem the next day but then the day before checkout the leak was back.

Stayed for 8 days in a Standard Studio with Balcony. Complete with all stuff - kitchen materials, dish washer with soaps, washing machine and dryer with soap too, balcony - basically what's on the photos are there. The location is very good as it is very near to Chinatown tram station and other train stations and Chinese Garden of Friendship, Chinatown market.

There are small cockroaches on the kitchen area, dryer cover splash out while using it, shower has loud noise when you open it thoroughly and staffs are not friendly enough. One hid on the inner office instead sitting on the front desk.

The location was perfect, right near the light rail and lots of places to eat and drink right on the door step. Staff were helpful.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people, only to find that we had two, 1 bedroom apartments side by side. This is not what we booked or wanted. I wanted for us all to be together in 1 apartment. Then I discovered that they don't even have 2 bedroom apartments, even though my information said that's what we had. This was very disappointing and certainly detracted from the plans for the weekend.

Great location, easily accessible from Museum and Central train stations, and the light rail is also nearby on George Street. Staff were friendly and great with checking in and checking out. Room was comfortable, a good size and had great facilities. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Nice having a little balcony to sit out on. I would stay here again.

Street noise was quite loud, so thicker windows would have been better. Shower and bathroom sink took a while to drain away, but not anything that caused flooding. Probably just need to clean the drains.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with major attractions accessible by walk or train/tram. The airport was about 30mins away. The security measures was great- after a certain hour, using your key to enter the building added an extra layer of safety. Amenities provided, included laundry detergent, which made my stay more convenient. Another highlight was the luggage storage option after check-out, allowing me to run errands on my last day.

The only issue was that the water in the bathroom (face basin and shower) took a little while to drain.
