The Uber driver could not find it at first, until later. Maybe the name change impacted it as a Backpackers' rather than Cozy M Hotel. I bought a double room Hotel like - sharing a bathroom. I was surprised by the need to use an APP to even enter the door (I thought it was a proper like hotel, you see?). After that - I was fine. Accepted it. Clean place, well-appointed, there is no elevator - but if your room is on Level 3, that'd be the US equivalent and as far as Aussies are concerned it is really Level 2. Nice room. Nice airconditioner. Bathroom was available because not many were staying, so I took my time. Spotlessly clean (thanks). The rooftop view was not spectacular, but nicely done nevertheless. Pretty.

Room: Needed a fluffier comforter or an extra blanket, rug. Location: Not near the to the nearest subway station (Town Hall) but not too onerous.

Room as in pictures, clean room and clean bathrooms, check-in process easy and didn't even need the app but was given a code for the room easier than having to keep a key card. Loved the water fountain by the entrance.

The laundry facilities closed an hour before they should have, so needed to wait until the next day to get clothes out of the dryer. The fruit selection for breakfast was a bit scarce, would have also liked some vegetables or healthier options and drip coffee instead of instant, don't think that would be all that more expensive and would make the coffee so much better! It was a bit hard to set up the software for the projector in the room, providing the actual streaming platform would be amazing because signing in was difficult. Overall, I'd stay here again though, but these would be small improvements that would make a stay that much better!

The best thing about this hotel was how professional, friendly and caring the staff were. They even carried our really heavy suitcases up and down the stairs for us with a smile on their faces. Great location ! Quiet even though not that far from the city. Had a projector in room with easy to use remotes - didn’t even have to login to Netflix to use it. There was a basin in the room which was handy to refill kettle and brush teeth. Shared bathroom was very clean and not too busy. Good quality body wash, lotion and shampoo & conditioner was provided. Very clean room and premises. You can tell the management and staff take great pride in their hotel and make sure they keep it looking and smelling good! The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and was pretty decent.

Very comfy rooms, all the facilities are good. Rooms look like the pictures, small but enough space for the week stay we had here. The key being on your phone is a cool concept also and staff are nice. The free breakfast is a massive bonus too. Would definitely stay here again

The room was small as I mentioned but not the end of the world. Also there could be more cooking utensils in the kitchen as when it was busy there wasn’t always enough stuff to cook with. Only small problems

Decent location just at the edge of the CBD. It's on a main road, so if your room is facing the road it can be loud, especially on the weekends. Good value for money if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep

The staff worked very slim hours, so it was quite hard to see them in person and properly check in. The bathrooms can get kind of messy.

Best value for money hotel by far. The location is great, within walking distance of CBD. There are many stations around (train, bus). The hotel was almost surprisingly, considering shared bathrooms, exceptionally clean. We felt great in our rooms and in facilities. Highly recommend.

The breakfast could be a tiny bit better. Maybe offer sausages alongside hot dogs and ingredients too make a ham toastie.

This was a very last minute stay. I booked it online right on 2pm, walked in a few minutes later and was able to check in straight away. The staff are absolutely lovely and I feel they truly go above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and have a great stay. The room was nice and cosy, but still felt spacious! The vibe of the room was great. The projectors rather than a tv was a nice change and the lighting above the bed made me feel very relaxed. The decor added a nice touch, definitely a homey and cosy vibe. I was truly impressed with the Cozy M. The room and facilities were clean, we stayed on the first floor and there were two shared bathrooms on our floor which we had no issues with. The kitchen and common areas were lovely, as was the included breakfast. It was an amazing variety, they even had alternative milks such as soy and a variety of breads. Overall, I highly recommend Cozy M and look forward to staying there again. Great value for everything included, the location, and the friendliness of staff and staff their outstanding customer service.

It’s really peaceful even if its located close to the entrance of the M1 tunnel. Its walking distance from Kings Cross Station and have a lot of bus options when going to famous Sydney attractions. There are lots of cafes nearby and a Woolies 2 streets down for food and necessities.

Clean room, great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast - shared bathroom but there is a sink, plus a fridge and kettle for coffee and tea - all in all more like a hostel rather than a hotel but I would go back and recommend it

I’m not sure how comfortable the bed in my room would have been for two people because there is only one side to get out - only two showers per floor but I never had to wait

The staff were sooo friendly and helpful which was great. We loved the breakfast spread that was available every morning, really nice touch. The kitchen was good too, not huge by any means but good enough to cook basic food in. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms looked recently refurbished and modern. Laundry facilities upstairs were good but you do have to pay. We had a sink in our room which was handy, as well as a kettle, tea/coffee, biscuits, and a mini fridge. Really good location! Only took us 20 mins to get to CBD on foot! Housekeeping was every other day unless you opted out which is good as a lot of places don’t do that.

There’s no lift so bare that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. The projector style tv was cool however not ideal if you want to watch it during the day - as it’s too bright to see it. No bedside lamp just the main light so was a bit much if you wanted to read before bed. Only one male toilet/shower and one female toilet/shower on each floor (between 10 ish rooms).
