Pretty quiet internally. Military road is busy - cant do much about that when you need to be in this vicinity - traffic comes with the address. It's handy to where I needed to go each day. Secure parking and secure building - I felt safe. The IGA supermarket adjoining - great variety and good prices - fruit great quality. The little shopping mall has all you need for every day needs. Glen on reception helpful and polite.
Would have been good if the escalators in the shopping mall were operational. Would have made it easier to directly access the shopping mall without venturing out in the street when its raining.

The location is great. Military Road is the main artery of the area, you can easily get to almost any corner of Sydney from here. The bus stop is right next to the door. It's also within walking distance of the parks and some beaches. On the ground floor of the building, there is a pharmacy and a food store. It's noisy, of course, since the traffic is rather heavy in this area, but it's not a problem as the room is equipped with an air conditioner. If you close the window and switch it on, the noise won't bother you at all. The room has everything for a longer stay a washing machine, a dryer, an electric stove, a toaster, a microwave, a dish washer, and a refrigirator. There is complimentary tea and coffee.
The TV didn't work properly, the signal was very unstable, so at times it was impossible to watch anything at all. I wouldn't call the internet connection strong as well, but it also wasn't a problem since I was not on a business trip there. My biggest recommendation is to clean the sofa. The towels and the bed linen were very good -nice and clean, absolutely white, but the sofa had signs of spilled coffee or tea, which they tried to remove, but didn't succeed much.

Spacious one bedroom apartment, plenty of space. Good size kitchen with enough utensils for cooking etc. Great view of the harbour, right next to a shopping centre with plenty of shops and a supermarket. Cafes nearby, bottle shops etc. Great area, walking distance to a ferry point. Staff lovely and we got an early check in after a very early flight. Overall fantastic, will definitely stay here again when back in Sydney.
Balcony was tiny, could barely stand out there. The slatted window panes made it a bit breezy with the wind, the curtains constantly blowing. The washing machine was quite dirty, needs a drum clean, we used it a couple times which was fine but we acquired a dirty black sock that had gotten stuck from someone else’s stay.

The place was easy to get to with plenty of food options within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean and properly equipped, including washer and dryer for long stays. There's easy bus access to all the places one might want to visit.
Firstly, the curtain was poorly installed (or needed fixing so it fit) and because of that, there was a lot of light leakage and the room couldn't get properly dark. Secondly, there is only air conditioning in the living room space so the main area was nice and cool but the room was hot. We needed a fan to blow the cold air into the room all day long.

The value for money is great, a good price in a location with easy access to any part of Sydney. The place was clean and organised, and it had everything we needed for our stay.
The TV was old and there was no way to access YouTube or Netflix, only broadcast TV worked. And at the end of a long day enjoying Sydney, I wanted to relax and watch some of the programs I like. The bed was comfortable but it made a lot of noise when anyone moved, we had to improvise and put a cloth to steady it, but after that we had no more problems.

Great location! So central & close to good restaurants, the beautiful Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace, transport to Sydney CBD & Taronga Park Zoo! I was impressed by the many useful facilities included in the studio apartment. The kitchenette had an actual oven & stove top as well as a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle & sink, while the bathroom included a washing machine & clothes drying rack. The bed was very comfortable, as was the double lounge chair.
The only downside for me was traffic noise from Military Road. However I brought my own soft ear plugs with me so I was able to get to sleep.

Great location and facilities. I booked a studio apartment with a harbour view. My unit was on the 4th floor and looked out over roofs to the harbour. The unit had everything and would be great for a single or couple visiting Sydney for a week. There was a washing machine and drier as well as a well equipped kitchen. It was cold during my stay and the heating worked well. Wifi connection was excellent. Parking was $35, which is reasonable for Sydney - spaces were small - also normal in Sydney. Reception was super helpful. There is a bus stop right outside the front door with frequent buses to Wynyard and onward to almost any destination. Great boutique cinema across the road (Orpheum) - but you need to walk up to the next lights then back as there's a concrete barrier down the centre of the road.
Some might find the bed small - it is a double. The owner has plans to upgrade, so check if this is important to you. I was travelling on my own so it wasn't a problem.

Great location close to restaurants and orpheum theatre and easy to taxi into city / elsewhere. There is also a bus stop out front. Comfortable and clean and quiet. 2nd bed made up on arrival as requested and kitchenette was super handy and liked the dish drawers only took 11min which made it easy to run on final day.Staff took time with all guests to make sure they were taken care of.
Not really a problem but there was some minor cosmetic maintenance required eg a crack in a wall. A few extra items in kitchenette (eg only 2 forks) would have been good so we didn’t have to wash up after every meal and could just pack the dishwasher.

Maybe I didn't read the room description well enough, but I didn't realize when I booked that it had a kitchen. This made preparing my own how breakfast in the morning super easy, obviously. There was a frying pan and a couple of hot plates, along with all of the necessary equipment to fry sausage and eggs. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The wifi was plenty fast enough for normal use. Despite facing the street out front, I didn't find there to be much traffic noise, certainly not enough to disturb me or my sleep. I sleep like the dead, though, so your mileage may vary.
I have no complaints about the room. While the bathroom is perhaps tighter than I'd like, and the doors to the shower a bit clumsy to use, I can't reasonably come up with any complaints about the property.

Location was right beside the people I was visiting - which initially influenced my choice but subsequently I was also recommended this accommodation by word of mouth. Bus stop at front door gives direct access either into city centre or out to beach at Manly and there is a supermarket plus a bar/ restaurant next door to hotel. Kitchens in the rooms are well equipped.
Just be aware there is a busy road to the front and I would recommend spending a little more for one of the rooms at the rear with a city view
