Splendid location, very quiet and green, lots of paths to walk/run, excellent view on the harbour and the opera. Transportation is very easy, ferry stops close by, and it's a direct line to Circular Quay. It takes approx 10 min to get to the most central location in the city, and I noticed in the hotel quite a lot of people leveraged that, dressing nicely for the events in the opera. Uber eats would take 15 minutes to deliver anything, and if you prefer groceries or cafes, there are several in somewhat close vicinity. The walks to those places were nice joyful anyway. Helpful staff, and considering the location, great value for money.
Enjoyed the room regardless, but it was a tad worn down: AC was a bit loud occasionally making weird noises, occasionally a small puddle would appear in the toilet (for the life of me could not figure out the source :) ), and the window net had a weird patch that either fell of or was not necessary at all :) Nothing terrible really, but worth mentioning in case it could be easily fixed.

Nice friendly and modern place to stay. Felt cosy and like a home. We were in a small room with a shared bathroom which worked out fine. Staff were really friendly and gave us early access to the room and allowed us to use showers after check out. Staff could not have been any more friendly, they were great. Location was great for Sydney NYE fireworks and ferry into city centre was easy to use and frequent. Amazing views from Cremorne Point of the harbour bridge and opera house.
Says that there is a shared kitchen on the booking.com advert but cooking equipment is not available. Just a microwave, hot water and sink.

This hotel was simple & basic with average rooms, but what a great place to stay! The beds were comfortable, the staff is so nice & highly accommodating and it’s such a perfect location. It’s in a residential neighborhood, but surrounded by beauty. The views are spectacular! The park behind the hotel is any traveler’s dream. The view of the water, opera house & the city was beyond what I expected. The Hotel is less than a 1/4 mile from the ferry but be warned it’s all up hill, although there is always a bus waiting at the bottom to take you up the hill. Get off at the “Rialto” stop & you’re right around the corner from the hotel. We took the ferry every day, so convenient, easy to read schedules & goes almost every half hour. It takes you right into the heart of the city. Although there really isn’t any amenities within walking distance of the hotel we took the bus into the business district of Cremorne Point, it’s only a short ride away, for everything we would need. Drinks, food, grocery, etc. We also used Uber a few times but mostly relied on their Transportation system. Very easy to use. The only complaint I had was when our room was cleaned, they never emptied our trash cans, which was weird, and forgot to put in extra toilet paper. It might have been rectified had we said something so that’s our fault. We were just happy to be there! Photos are from our walk from the Hotel to the marina for lunch. About the closest restaurant from the hotel, views were amazing.

Less than 10 min walk from the ferry and close to the ocean pool for a refreshing swim. Lovely walks around and so beautiful in every way.

Great location, easy access to ferry and Circular Quay, rooms were very spacious and comfortable; our overseas guests were amazed by the facilities and the views. WE self catered enjoying the rear balcony to share an afternoon drinks
As I explained to the Manager there are a number of maintenance issues that need addressing. Nothing really major but for a top end facility they took away from what many would expect. I gave him a list of items so hopefully they can be attended to before other guests notice them and complain. As I said it did not really spoil our experience but others may feel different I had enquired about parking when booking and was told the parking would be for three days and would be free. However when we then told we could only have 2 days parking at a cost of $30 - some communications need to be better. Once again not enough of a problem to upset our stay

The location of this accommodation is excellent. Panoramic views of sydney harbour, a short walk to the ferry to circular quay (with a cafe at the terminal), and a free nearby swimming pools and parklands all highlights. The twin basic room was small, and without views, had a comfortable bed, aircon and enough space to be comfortable. Staff were friendly. The price i paid for the room seemed quite reasonable. Vending machines provide snacks and drinks at reasonable prices which is helpful as there aren't any nearby shops.
The toilet in the room was a bit cramped and hard to shut the door. The room was overall a bit dated but still fine for the price. I'm not sure if there was any shared balcony to enjoy the views but i think it was just a front courtyard and shared kitchen to use. The aircon seemed to make the shutter blind bang against the window periodically.

What a delightful surprise! Having never visited Sydney to stay a night (we're from Texas) and to walk into the Cremorne Point Manor, we were greeted by a mix of traditional Victorian elegance and updated contemporary design. Stephanie the receptionist was very helpful as we arrived way before check-in. She took care of our luggage so we could explore the walking path along Mossman Bay and have lunch at the Mossman Rowing Club along the path way. We discovered there was a ferry stop close to the restaurant that could take us to the Sydney opera house. We had matinee tickets to see Sunset Blvd. We took a step in faith and rode the ferry which took only 20 minutes. A quick 10 minute walk from drop-off to the opera house. Everything was so convenient in conjunction to our hotel. Our room was on the second story and overlooked the bay area. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of warm water for a long shower after our extended walkabouts throughout the day.
The temperature in the room was hard to control (user error?) as my hubby wanted it cooler. However our room had a ceiling fan and honestly it made a difference. Being from Texas - we keep our ceiling fans running 24-7. It was like being back home.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was well presented and clean. We loved the free water and Tim Tams every day. The Breakfast Room was great! The location was so peaceful and the walk along the edge of the harbour was beautiful with impressive old trees and pretty flowers.
We had a noisy stomping neighbour above us on the last couple of days of our stay. Unfortunately because it is in a quiet area, it means that getting meals each night isn't so easy.

The Location, Owners/managers, Room and the Available facilitates were amazing. My friends and I chose to stay at the Cremorne Manor due to the location as we were going to Taylor Swift and also wanted to have a girls trip. Due to there being 4 of us, we needed to get two rooms. Both rooms were different but we were all SO happy with what we got. We did have my car for our main mode of transportation however, we did use the Ferry multiple times as it was a 2 minute walk from the manor and was an easy system to navigate due to the help of the manager. We will 100% be returning as we had an amazing time :) Update: Guests were quiet, didn't hear any guests late at night which was surprising due to it being fully booked out!
Only issue we had was the dust issue in the rooms however, this was an easy fix as we had wet wipes and just wiped down a few surfaces

Friendly service, clean room, quiet area, great location and reasonable cost. My fav aspect was definitely the location, about 5 min walk to ferry to Circular Quay and from there free to explore the city and surrounding areas using public transport.
It would've been handy to be closer to a supermarket so didn't buy as much take away. However my room was very basic and did not have any cooking equipment available. For eg had to buy a bowl to have cereal.
