Fantastic location. Few minutes walk to st James to connect with then rail to the airport and right opposite the new Metro. Room was very clean with both Fridge and microwave plus decent crockery and cutlery for eat in the room.
Breakfast is included, but it is not on site. You get given a voucher to a cafe across the road and unfortunately the choice of food is limited. Also you are charged extra if you would like coffee + orange juice which seems a bit stingy given the cost of the room.

The beds were huge and really comfortable. The room had a nice scent. The Nespresso machine was cherry o top. I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the morning which was the perfect start to the trip. The interior of the room was so nice. It had a very calming ambience. It felt like home. I liked the bathroom and shower also. The Shower head was a bit small and weak, but otherwise good. I was pleased to see a body lotion also included in the bathroom amenities.
The walls were very thin. You could hear people on the size if they talked a bit loudly. Reception desk was unattended at times.

Staff were really helpful.
The Entrance has stairs, so if travelling with heavy luggage it would have been helpful to know there was an alternative . There are no toilets in the lobby for guests, although they did give directions to one further down the street. There were no complimentary shower caps or mini toothpaste. There was pump shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, however I would suggest bringing your own hair products as it was harsh on my hair. For the budget conscious it is suitable. I chose the hotel for location only.

Location was excellent, really close to the city/Martin Place/Circular Quay. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had some nice touches and amenities. Some staff were super friendly.
Ideally would be great to have things like room service (wasnt available), a gym that is in the building. It put me off having to troop around Sydney to find the one you are affiliated with. Would also be good to have a price list for the mini bar in the mini bar rather than everything online. The person that checked us in was not too friendly and would have liked a warmer welcome.

No waiting at reception on checking in, the room was beautiful, quiet and comfy. The little kitchenette was a bonus and so well designed. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient, and we really loved the quieter location of the hotel. Really very satisfied with everything.
Breakfast arrangements were a bit strange, I realise that there are very adequate dining facilities close by but not having an actual breakfast room in the hotel was a bit different, however the little kitchen in the room was well equipped so you could buy a few staples for breakfast, such as cereal and yoghurt and the difficulty was overcome. It wasn,t a drama, and didn,t take away from the comfort of the hotel .

Location is great. This was our third visit in twelve months, last two times while booking in have heard other guests being given an upgrade or a free cocktail yet have never been offered any loyalty bonus.
Very few supplies as in coffee 3 sachets sugar 3 sachets 4 coffee pods 2 of them decaff. The bathroom had two containers of shampoo but no body wash/soap. No, toilet brush. The company is obviously spending money on a new modern vibe, however, their tradespersons are letting them down, cracked/ mutilated tile, grouting not cleaned properly after tiling, presents as less than clean,if they were employed at my home, I would not be giving them return business.

The location was the best aspect of the property
On arrival, around 5pm, we were met by a male staff member who was very dishevelled and untidy although he did seem to know what he was doing. There was also a serious leak from the bathroom through the wall of the shower onto the carpet. It was saturated by the time we discovered it House keeping did not notice it Also they did not top up our complementary supplies. We were able to get some through reception. There was also a serious stain in the toilet bowl which was very unpleasant and the seat of the toilet would not remain up when in use. Breakfast provided at a local cafe was sufficient

The shower space in the bathroom was large enough to fit three people in it, usually inner-city hotels have very small shower spaces, so this was a very pleasant surprise. It was very conveniently located, modern, clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. (Parking is available right next door at Wilson parking, the Sebel has a deal for a reduced rate. It is a very narrow carpark to get into and out of, so is best to travel in a small car as parking spaces are narrow and ceiling height is quite low)

Locality was perfect, Room was clean and well appointed. The young lady with dark curly hair Selena? Worked evenings total asset to your business. - Amazing customer service.
Parking - the Wilson carpark was advertised as full, kept having to drive around the block to unload, then the reception was unattended, our room which we were told would be ready for an early check in was not ready, ran late for an appointment. The phones don't work we rang countless times prior to arrival the phone rings awhile, goes silent for longer then thanks you for your call and hangs up, the 1300 number is not answered, this is not good for your business or your potential clients.

Excellent location. Room was comfy and excellent for the price. Very quiet.
There was dishwashing liquid but no tea towel or cloths. A small brush and pan would have been handy.
