The service from the staff was exceptional. We had a few minor issues with our room the first night, and without hesitation, they put us in a new room so they could amend the issues without impacting our stay. The staff were very helpful and polite and the room and amenities met all of our needs.

Our first room had a small sky light, that was very effective during the day however, the light it provided had us awake pretty early.

The room was spotless & well appointed. Good information is provided within the room regarding the services available on the site & in the local area. The bed was very comfortable. Car parking was convenient.

Another pillow each, on the bed, would give options for those accustomed to a higher sleeping position. Similarly for chairs, there was only one chair provided which means at least one person needs to sit on the bed as the television is at the foot of the bed. The fact that the room is compact may be the reason for only one chair but perhaps a folding chair would provide an option.

I'd picked this motel as it had a cafe and restaurant advertised. When we got there we found that they were closed over Christmas, which was not mentioned anywhere on the website or when booking. An inconvenience only, as we found other places open.

Great value for money. Our room was clean. The beds were comfy. Lovely small lounge bar area for drinks. Great dinner in the restaurant. We had a quiet room. The staff were very friendly we would stay again.

A minor thing really. The complex is on a busy road but our rooms were towards the back so this wasn't an issue for us.

We were able to get an early check-in, much appreciated being a very hot day and having multiple medical appointments, staff were wonderful,enjoyed dinner in the restaurant ,overall a great stay,would recommend if staying in Maitland

The room was set up very tidy. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spotless and we were provided with shower caps, soap, body wash, shampoo etc and I loved that. The towels were fresh and clean. It felt very homely and secure. I didn't smoke at the facility but I loved the outside smoking area. It was a beautiful area in the centre of the carpark and I loved the flowers around it.

We only stayed for one night, a stay less than 24hrs and it was $400. I assume it would be cheaper if we stayed for a few more nights which I understand. It was booked a few weeks in advance and was also booked on the same weekend as a local festival so I do understand the pricing. I was happy to pay because of this reason.

Conveniently situated and there was no traffic noise. A good restaurant on site, and close to Maitland Bowls Club. Very comfortable. Good WiFi

Friendly staff, good size room but too many beds crammed in. Restaurant menu has a reasonable selection but could do with a few "basic" family friendly meals. Love the early opening cafe.

Beds very close together, barely able to walk between them.

It was easy to find. Easy to sign in. There was a smokers area with bins. I can have mobility issues but it was easy to walk around. It was clean and the other guests were nice. There was coffee and hot chocolate in the morning and it was easy to sign out.

On arrival, I was informed they had a minor issue with the room I had booked. We were upgraded which was fantastic. Clean, wonderful & everything we needed for a very comfortable stay with 3 young children.
