We're a family of 3 on holiday from Sydney, and when we arrived earlier than we intended the staff were very friendly and accommodating and even let us check in a little earlier than our 2pm allotted time, as our room happened to be ready. The 1 bdr apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean, and all amenities in good working condition. Free unlimited wifi, smart TV in the lounge, washer & dryer, air con, kitchen, balcony with an outside view of the city, and a decent well maintained pool. The location was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants, far away enough from pubs and clubs - which was perfect for us. Definitely good value for money, highly recommend and would stay again.

Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles, but understandable.

This is the fourth time I stay there when in Brissy, and this time the crew remembered me by name, even though it has been a year since they saw me. I didn't think I was that memorable, but a BIG THANK YOU for the can of soft drink on the hot day. The rest was just as good as I am used to - clean, safe, close to shops, quiet. Will definitely stay again.

There was nothing not to like. Ideal place to crash in on a short work stay in Brisbane if you are alone. If there are two of you, there are also options of a bigger room.

The room was very comfortable and larger than expected, with a lovely balcony. The bed was very excellent and a plus was the laundry off the bathroom complete with washing machine and a dryer.

I found the shower over the bath very uncomfortable as I am an older lady, a straight walk in shower would have suited me better. I also found the microwave oven in the way on the kitchen bench, a simple shelf in the corner would solve that problem.

The Room was perfect and it was easy to carry our luggage to our Room as Lifts were available. Car Parking was provided which we did not have to pay for Parking.

We did not realised that staying for 3 nights did not entitled us for Room cleaning, bed making and towels changing. We were out from our Room at 11am each day and we expected our Rooms cleaned and beds made when we returned in the evenings only to learn after calling Reception that only if we were staying for 4 days or more than the Rooms would be cleaned, beds made or towels changed,

Great location with a shopping centre just down the road. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Really loved the size of the shower- it was huge! I also really liked that there was guaranteed parking so we didn’t have to stress about whether we were going to get a park or not. Extra bonus is they have a pool!

The only thing I could recommend is including more hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels.

The location was a bit further out of Brisbane than was optimal and we had to drive or use Ubers whereas we would probably have liked to walk everywhere. The pizza and pasta restaurant downstairs in the hotel was excellent.

The apartment was smaller than expected and there was only 1 chair inside so 1 person was forced to sit on the bed to watch TV.

I really liked the layout and roominess of this hotel apartment, and found the large work desk very practical. There is plenty of seating at table, breakfast bar and lounge. There is also a spacious balcony area with table and chairs which I chose not to take advantage of this time, only because it is the middle of winter. It is easy to adopt a 'home away from home' attitude here.

The only downside for me was that I was only on an overnight stay and did not have time to utilise the facilities and the cafe on the ground floor (which smelled good), along with all the location has to offer. So I will stay longer next time.

Easy access to everything

loved the Hotel but very disappointed with the pizza/pasta place adjoining - Chicken Parmigiana was advertised as a Chicken Fillet and it was a barely cooked cheap chicken schnitzel covered in tomato (the guy showed me the bulk pack of chicken schnitzels that was priced $15 that they use)…it was disgusting!

I've stayed at Hotel Chino many times when I've been in Brisbane for work. The location is perfect for me as it's very close to the tunnel which gets me home quickly. There are about three hotels in Australian cities that give almost me the feeling of "being at home" and Hotel Chino is one of them. Parking arrangements are fantastic.

I usually like hotels that provide room service dinners and breakfasts and on this visit, the restaurant was not operating. Not really an issue though, as Stones Corner, about 3 minutes away has some of the best casual dining in Brisbane.

Check-in was easy even tho we got in late at night. Size of unit was great. Clean and comfortable. Great size balcony and very comfortable bed . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Indian restaurant at bottom of street had amazing food. Also there was a bottle Shop, Woolies and other eateries. Only 3-4 minutes walk

Proximity to town. Lots of ubers used.
