We were surprised with the size of the room. I didn’t expect to have a lounge and kitchen. We loved the bathroom and shower, super clean, relaxing and environment friendly when supporting the reuse of the towels. I loved that. The staff also very professional and friendly. I requested a small celebration note on my room and we were surprised with more than just a note. We really appreciated that also. We have chosen Daiana Hotel because of it’s location and we definitely would stay there again.

We found the mattress a little too soft. However, it’s very personal and hard to please everyone. Everything else perfect.

Very friendly property, with a good wheelchair accessible room. The only improvements would be to that room. You can’t reach the products from the bench in the shower. You can’t use the wardrobe as it was full of quilts having carpet is very difficult always in an accessible room, as it makes moving in the chair, much harder. But on the positive side, the beds were movable, so I could get my chair up the side of the bed. So was the desk, so I could plug in my re-charger and chair out of the way. In the bathroom, the movable mirror is too high to be used by someone in a wheelchair. I find it though a very friendly and comfortable and quiet hotel. I will stay again.

All the folks at the reception desk were courteous, friendly, and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights in a deluxe king room which was large and comfortable and had all the necessary stuff - safe, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, ironing board, iron, etc. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean with a great shower. The town center is about 20-30 minutes pleasant walk across the river through the botanic gardens. Next to the hotel are lots of eating places. We rented a car and so the free car park with ample parking spaces was convenient.

Nothing much. We had a room at the end near the main road which was quiet most of the time except for one night (Saturday) when there was a little noise from the traffic. But the double glazed windows helped.

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and quiet. I really enjoyed lying in the spa, after a long day of sight seeing in the city. The air conditioner was cool in the room, and pleasant for sleeping on at night.

Maybe the price for breakfast could be a little bit cheaper Remembering the carpark tickets, and going to go the reception each time with the ticket to be scanned. it was alright yet a little bit annoying. But yet it gave me a chance to talk to the reception, to ask about the city and the events that were on.

The location was great for us. A quick walk to the Gabba for the AFL and some great food places around the area. The hotel is also very close to the bus station at Mater Hill which made travelling very easy.

As a wheelchair user travelling with a friend, not partner. I the way the single beds were set up not great. I feel the side tables need to be together in the middle so that there is enough space for someone in a wheelchair to transfer safely onto the bed. The bench seat in the bathroom is one of the older style ones and does not have front legs so I felt a bit unsafe using it but all was fine.

The staff were friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful & catered for many different tastes. Room was clean, cosy & comfortable enough. Bed was comfortable, shower was fantastic. Free off street parking via ticket validation was convenient.

Not able to open window for fresh air & no balcony available. Old outdated decor could use a fresh coat of paint. Mould stains on ceiling in bathroom. Unfortunately, a filter or fish eye lens was used to take advertising pictures as the room was very small and not as spacious as the pictures made it look.

The hotel was wonderfully accommodating including allowing us to check in early and store our luggage after we checked out, so we could collect when we were ready to fly out. Hotel was kept clean and so central to everything we needed to access during our stay in Brisbane

The Buffet breakfast hours were a bit short, and we found $25 a bit steep. Elevators were a bit dodgy and scary. Temperature in the room varied between far too cold and far too warm but that is up to preference and we are not too upset about it.

Perfect location for the places we wanted to visit. Lots of food options near the hotel. Pleased to note that fresh fruit was available at reception and there were newspapers in the foyer.

I am not a fan of shared pump dispensers in wet areas post COVID. If supplying amenities, much prefer individual items. I understand that hotels are attempting to be eco friendly, however, there must be other options that are eco friendly and individual. A bottle of water in the mini fridge would have been welcome.

Always a warm at Hotel Diana and while my wife and I not visited Brisbane since before 'covid', on our return it was pleasing to find it was as warm and friendly as previous stays. Highly recommend

Full Breakfast Cost $25.00 as senior citizens, we would prefer an option, full breakfast in dining room great value for good eaters! or as we would prefer a less expensive light 'continental breakfast' if need be, served in our rooms. This comment doesn't distract from my high rating, as the area have many cafes available.

Great, friendly and helpful receptionist who explained the parking ticket and parking process. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Good, clean bathroom. We didnt have breakfast due to an early flight but the reception was open 24 hrs for us to book out. Great takeaway shops just next door and close to a good pub on the corner. Near to Southbank. We went to the Lyric Theatre and it was easy to get a cab there and back and avoid the parking situation. Overall great stay and enjoyed the experience.

Nothing we experienced was bad. We both enjoyed the hotel and the ease of use.
