Comfy,clean, super easy and efficient check in,close to everything we needed. The reception staff that served us was awesome and lovely.

The only disappointment was when we had the breakfast. There very long wait times, it came across as very unorganised,no table numbers,the poor wait staff constantly running around and putting food on wrong tables and getting orders mixed up. One wait staff lady noticed we hadn’t been offered water and still didn’t offer any, tried to get someone’s attention but felt like they were avoiding customers. Didn’t get offered water till 30mins later when we were halfway through food.

Pur room was upgraded to a river view, which was spectacular. The curtains automatically open for you to see everything as soon as you walk in the door. There were complementary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge. The bathroom was spacious and tidy with two alternative shower heads. Parking was directly underneath the building, so it was easy access. You can walk out the doors and be an easy five min walk to anywhere in the city, including Southbank, which is great if you have kids. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. If you like me and you love the bath robes and the little extras, they include all of that as well. We were so excited to finally stay here, and we can't wait to come back when the pool facilities are open 🙌 also all the lights and bedroom controls are on touch pads right beside the bed so you can relax and have full control with out even needing to move, lights also have a dim setting for added comfortability.

Loved the views from our 14th floor room over the Brisbane River and Southbank and access from the hotel to the Neville Bonner footbridge over the River to Southbank. A great choice of restaurants on the fourth floor level and even more on the Skydeck level. Curtains & sheers open & close automatically on entering & leaving the room. Spacious bathroom. Efficient roomservice.

excellent room with a great view of South Bank

issues with parking. Paid $45 for parking but ticket issued at reception didn't work. We were told our rego number would be entered into the system but obviously wasn't because it cost $145 to exit the next morning. Time pressure made it impossible to do anything except pay to exit the carpark. Disappointing way to end a pleasant stay.

Was very impressed with location, quality of restaurants.

No bath in our room, for $500 plus per night I would have expected a bath in the bathroom. Breakfast was a little bit small. Even though the rooms are roomy which is great, I found the TV a bit far from the bed to watch, I have to squint to see the writing when changing channels although thats not a big issue.

Location was perfect, the hotel was super fresh and comfortable with a great choice of dining options.

Only disappointment was that the poll area was not open, all correspondence we received stated it would be open by the end of November, arriving on a 36 degree day the poole would have been a welcome addition.

Not that far from the Mall and all points of interest, room was excellent, so much room in bathroom and vanity counter top to spread out. Foxtel is a bonus.

Was a little issue with no tea bags or milk replenished on second day, I know I could of phoned the desk, but let it go. It was just unusual.

The view, comfy bed, perfect room, the room service was awesome. Friendly staff.

Inexperienced bar staff, at all bars. Not one was able to fulfill basic order without a mistake. Loveky and polite just inexperienced. Expected higher level of service considering the price if stay!
