I arrived late in the evening. An after hours Night Supervisor is in residence and I was greeted very friendly. Check-in was very fast. I liked the spacious and well-appointed One Bedroom Superior Apartment at the moment I entered. Everything was very clean and the bed very comfortable. In the morning I enjoyed the European style continental breakfast but it's really much more than that it includes cereal, toast, fruit, but also scrambled or boiled eggs, sausages and bacon. A big thank you to all employees: reception, housekeeping and the ladies in the breakfast room. I miss you already. Ingrid

Breakfast was average, small room, too crowded. Would prefer option of paying less and going out for breakfast.

It's a well appointed little apartment in the centre of the CBD.

Having a two hour window to check in (2-4pm) and then when we called the "after hours" number to get our lock box code, they wanted me to give them my credit card details over the phone. No. Why? I'm not handing my cc details to someone over the phone who is in a call centre who isn't even employed by the apartments. I'd already paid, booking has my cc details, and there was nothing I could use anyway - no mini bar, no restaurant etc, nowhere I could spend any money. Ridiculous. I also didn't like the late breakfast on Sunday - meaning we missed out on our included breakfast.

The The location was great.

We had problems with the lights in the living area. One was out and the other flickered. Although it was Friday afternoon when I reported it reception said it would be attended to- never was. Still out when we checked out on Sunday. I also think they should check the TV after each booking as we has someone’s details kept coming up on the screen. In the end used the bedroom TV

afterhours check in as the ode sent to me didnt work. When I used the intercom the person i spoke to wanted my details which was in an open air situation. Not ideal in these days of cyber breeches to be standing outside and reading your credit card details outloud.

The property was located in the centre of Brisbane and within walking distance to all of the main attractions. The apartment itself was very clean, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast which was included was great. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again.

It was all good.

The perfect central location so we didn't have to go far for a great restaurant, coffee shops, shopping, car parking, Anzac Square. The Breakfast Room staff were so friendly and helpful. We really liked the personal approach towards service. Given the city central location the room was very quiet with no city noise.

The apartment was a little tired from a maintenance perspective and the furniture in the living room area was very sparce and not very comfortable.

What a great find, Manor Apartments comes with all the extras included and not the price tag of a fancier, more modern soulless hotel. No need for a car as you are literally in the centre of it all, then add complimentary breakfast including both full hot and continental options, and combine it with super spacious rooms plus friendly helpful staff at a very affordable price making it one of the best places we have stayed at in a price range above what we have paid before for similiar. 100% recommended.

Nothing really. Upgraded rooms to a more modern aesthetic would push the price up and is not necessary. Everything is of a good quality standard, just dated by style

Older building with lovely fit out. The breakfast team are lovely while they serve a basic but filling breakfast. Our room had an unexpected aircon leak and the reception team where incredibly quick to resolve it alongside an honest apology. Pillows and bedding very comfortable and would stay here again.

Parking was a little walk to access. Not immediately under the building like some hotels but only a 3minute walk to the basement of the shopping centre. Only avoid if you have stacks of luggage or need assistance.

Impeccable condition. Perfect location. Very well maintained and clean.

Just felt it was a little cramped. The TV in room for instance was a bit too big and slightly blocked entrance. Minor thing. One other thing was perhaps in the booking itself instructions on how to enter after hours. Also there were major road closures on morning we left. Information like that if known would have been good to share as we nearly missed our flight.
