1 lift was out of action majority of out stay View could have been better Missing general items in kitchen - breadboard, bread cutting knife, bin bags. Getting condition out of that stupid hard little bottle

Stayed before and staff as friendly and helpful as always. At least for the kids this time the foxtel worked.

This time the overall 2 bed room was a little on the small side for a family of 5 requiring a roll away bed I know the rooms aren't absolutely huge anyway but this particular one you couldn't fit the roll away bed in the kids bedroom like before so its not a moan or to detract from the hotel just a mention. Also just a mention the shower in the en-suite low pressure and a millimeter of movement on the tap had the water either cold or to hot but the shower in the other bathroom was great.

Our high-floor ‘river view room’ had an excellent outlook to the west from an enclosed balcony with concertina windows that were easily opened and closed for fresh air and city sound atmosphere. The pool area is spacious and everyone was enjoying themselves. The building’s location in the heart of the city is very convenient for shopping.

One lift was out of order during our stay, so the wait for the lift (not always) was a bit of an annoyance. Room’s kitchen lacked some items - needed more cutlery, sharp knife, serving platters etc. We found a broom but couldn’t find a dustpan/brush or vacuum cleaner.

I loved this place. - The personal (especially thanks to Jess) was extra friendly and supportiv - The location, dirctly in the CBD, Shops supermarkets, Restaurants very closed by, as well s other nice spots (e.g. Heritage Buildings+ Placws, the River, Southpark, Art Gallery ) in walking distance - the great city view (my apt was located ib 31th floor) - the Pool area, longer distance Pool for swimmers, smaller pool for just hanging around and a whirlpool. And even its a large building this area seemwd never crowded (nor the Fitness place next to it)

Some furniture was missing vs what was shown on the pictures, leaving living room area looking a bit more spare I.e. first apt was missing the separate writing desk in living room as well as the couch table (inconvenient when watching TV) Alternativ apt I got was as well missing the separate writing desk, but at least got the Couch table - however missing than standing lamp (which was brought in on request immediately) For me personally the lightening would be a major improvment area. Mainly ceiling lights in cold white or cold green don't create a cosy athmosphere. Living room seems often missing additional light, standing lamp, small reading lights, which you might mive also around to the balcony area, to have a mor cosy lightening there as well. .

It was a nice clean apartment with plenty of room. The location was great as it was just a few blocks from a mall and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had a one bedroom apartment so we also brought leftovers back and had them the next day - and kept a few bottles of cider chilling in the fridge. The tour bus picked us up at a hotel just a short walk away to go to the Australian Zoo.

When 2 people are booked for three nights it helps if you give them more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for their stay! You have to remember to ask at the desk when you start running low. Also we

The facilities in the hotel were excellent. Our 3 children enjoyed the pools as did we. They were beautifully warm and clean. The lap pool was cooler but perfect for swimming. Had I not done my back in before going I would have loved to have used the gym. The hotel is next to a Nando's, Starbucks and short distance to a coles and the main shopping mall. The day we left they kindly let us have the room for 2 extra hours in the morning and we could have used the pools had we wanted to. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception till our later flight. The reception staff were very helpful.

We had specifically asked for the second bedroom to be set up as a twin which the hotel had agreed but on arrival discovered it hadn't been actioned; they sent someone up to sort it. We had a few issues such as no clothes drying horse which they brought up for us. (An electric drier in the bathroom) The cooking equipment was a bit lacking. There was no colander or sieve to safely drain pasta and then the handle on the saucepan broke. Not an easy cooking experience and ended up with very soggy pasta! First world problems but for the money we paid we would have expected a better stocked kitchen cupboards. It would be good to have a couple more bin liners left in the kitchen too.

Easy access to carpark and room, nice central location , pool was excellent and loved by my daughter, card access to room was easier than a key. As it was our first time at this hotel staff were more than happy to help with any questions we had. The drop box for the keys at the car park exit was a brilliant idea for checking out

The gas cook top was faulty although we had no intention of using it gas isn’t something that you wouldn’t want to have problems with but the maintenance staff where there to address the problem within 30 minutes of reporting it, also I would’ve liked a larger balcony area as I like to sit and have a coffee in the mornings while my family sleeps later than I do but that’s just the luck of the draw and no fault of the establishment

Well located for the event we were attending in Brisbane. Very suitable when all you are doing is sleeping because you are out working all day. Comfy beds and apartment had everything we needed

Trying to find the plug for the kitchen sink was problematic, apparently it is shared with the laundry tub, go figure. No one offered to bring one so I pity the next person who stays there and has the same problem. While it is nice to provide a dishwasher, it would be more useful to provide more dishwashing liquid so excessive water is not required to wash your dishes because you are putting only a handful of things through the dishwasher.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at the Festival. Each stay has been great with full kitchen amenities, pots and pans, which allowed me to cook and stay on budget with family meals whilst on vacation. Keep up the great work. I will return later in the year and look forward to staying with you again.

I was a little disappointed this time as the room we stayed in only had a frying pan, which made it impossible for me to cook for my family. I understand i was on vacation, but sady I found myself dining out (for dinners) or ordering in most nights that I did not stay in budget this time around. However, I still gave the festival 9.5/10. The best location, best service and so ver6 friendly and accommating.
