I use aa wheelchair. access ramps in the hotel were appropriately placed making it easy for me to get around. I stayed in an accessible room (911) and the facilities were Excellent. Bathroom and shower were spacious enough to move around. The use of a shower curtain made it easy to access shower chair. The raised toilet pedestal was also appreciated. Good floor drainage. Mirror and basin could be lowered to facilitate use from a wheelchair. Staff were exceptional and very willing to help me call access cabs etc. The predictable excellence of the Hilton is the reason why it is our hotel. chain of choice whenever we travel.

Very good service from all staff and friendly. Very good cleaning of rooms, comfortable bed! Excellent location ! Great selection for breakfast. Great concierge service.

The water pressure for the shower and the very high bath height to get into the shower, was not the best. While I understand the height needed for the shower, it wasn’t the easiest to get into the bath. And water still got onto the floor. The air conditioning unit was great, but it was the loudest unit I have ever encountered. Took a bit of getting used to.

Loved the concierge service! Very helpful and accommodating and friendly with a smile! Especially the guy who did our valet parking! Should've got his name but we didnt think to as were in a rush to unpack the car and also pack the car so we didn't hold up the drop off pick up area. The reception staff was also great! Loved that the room was nice and cool coming in from a very hot day! The room was perfect and so was our sleep, very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect as were the staff there who were very welcoming. All in all our stay was an 11 out of 10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location and convenience

Limited entertainment options in room. Would’ve liked to be able to access my streaming services with a provider smart tv/streaming device. Also, when ordering room service, I had to separately google the hotel restaurant to see what Gluten Free options were available as I have celiac disease, and the room service menu doesn’t list them. It prompts you to contact staff, I don’t want to contact staff, I just want to order food like every other guest.

Very central location within easy walking distance to great shops, food and things to do.

When we went to check in, we were advised we had a double room although we had booked a twin. A twin room was not ready for another 3 hours, which was OK and we were given a couple of drink vouchers each. I did change the booking a few days prior as I realised I had booked a disability access room and I upgraded to a standard twin (at an additional fee). The room we were given appeared to be a disability accessible room however charged for a standard room.

Size of the room, comfortable beds. Lovely hotel, great location. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very friendly.

We took the Executive room, my friend and I as it came with Breakfast and a 2 hours to have a light meal with 2 hour drinks, this was very nice but the mixers were hard to drink. Must have used the cheapest vodka. All round can't really complain.

All the things I've listed before. Location, parking (considering there are several prepaid options in Brisbane which are much cheaper), room and in-room facilities and comfort). Great staff. It's a luxury brand that lives up to its name.

Credit card fees - $13+ No mention of this at booking.com or when checking in/out - it appeared on my Visa statement days later. It's too much. I'm happy to pay the actual fee charged by Visa but not this much.

Location even more special when it rains all the time. We could walk early morning, go shopping and dine in lovely restaurants whilst hardly getting wet. The bar area is attractive and our female waitress was excellent both separate times. Thank you.

The shower water always leaks outside the screen. This makes the bathmat wet, even when putting it out of the way (the water leaks via the grout). The accommodation price for the 2nd night was incorrect. The receptionist fixed it after showing her documentary evidence of what the price should have been. Thanks to her also.

Everything about this hotel is amazing…from checkin to checkout… The concierge and valet parking were super helpful. The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean and tidy. all staff were very friendly and helpful. Even after a discrepancy that saw me get charged twice it was easy to sort out, staff were very apologetic and offered a complimentary breakfast to make up for the mistake. the bar and buffet breakfast are fantastic, the service is 100% throughout the entire hotel. thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

well, i was there with my grand daughters to see Frozen. When we walked into the foyer, they both understood the meaning of 'Ohh La la'... hahhahahaa, The space was great, clean, comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

i always have an issue with having to pay for parking in a hotel when you drive to stay there. Seems so ridiculous , but i know it is standard in brisbane hotels. Just does my head in. Why not include that in the room charge, Thern if people do not have a car, you can refund them, or give them the breakfast as a bonus/... i have no idea, just feels wrong as most people do drive to places, then are hit with a parking fee.
