One room apartment with sofa bed worked for 3 adults and one child. Location in CBD also very convenient with a taxi rank opposite.

I have mild cerebral palsy and the bath/shower was too high for me to access. Normally in that situation I can sit on the edge of bath and swing my legs in but the glass shower guards in their fixed position made this not possible. I enquired as to whether there was a one bedroom apartment with a walk in shower available but was told all apartments were set up the same way.

It would have been nice to have had a cloth to wipe down the surface where milk was spilt when making a cuppa That’s all

Perhaps no brochure to show us as a tourist how to get about on public transport that is free,as we were told there were these services available. We had only 12 hrs to tour about. With all the work being carried out when we went walking following maps, roads were closed and we didn’t know how to get down to the Nrth side to go on the tourist boat. People were happy to guide us but didn’t know about the closure of entrances. Thankfully we had lovely weather and walking over 13000 steps was easy as where I live it is quite hilly so one tires quicker here. All good. Thankyou

Prime location for a weekend city stay. The pool and facilities were great. Staff were friendly. Clean, good sized apartment. Quiet rooms. We loved our stay

We booked for 2 adults 2 kids but only had linen for and 1 bed made up. We had to order the sheets for the fold out couch and make this up ourselves. We didn’t realise until back from an outing late at night. We had to ring again for enough towels to be bought up to shower in the morning . Minor inconvenience

We stayed in a Premium Two-Bedroom Apartment. Was great having a kitchen to use during our stay, and two bathrooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. Main beds were comfy. Access to parking was easy. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty at the restaurant attached.

The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We also had issues with our keys, and had to visit reception on every use. The pool also did not get much sun, and was freezing.

Check-in was too easy, with friendly staff and a great ambiance. The car park was easily accessible. The room had a great view of the city. It was spacious, the bed in the room was super comfy and the pull-out sofa bed was ok. Everything else about the room was pretty awesome. The location was the best, close to the Queens Street Mall and everything essential was within walking distance. Checking out was just as easy and quick access to a taxi. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing not to like.

The lady who checked us in was brilliant. Got us in our room earlier as we had just come off a cruise ship early and when we mentioned we had lost a really special toy monkey (which belonged to our 2yo son who passed away) she was so caring, thorough and gave us a Sebel teddy. Such a beautiful gesture. A caring, thoughtful young lady. Thank you for being so kind to us.

Loved the location, it was clean, staff were very friendly. We stayed for the Magic Round and they had a small stall full of snacks, water, fruit and berrocca for guests to take. I thought that was a brilliant idea as it was a long weekend of footy.

The only complaint we had was that we couldn’t mirror our phones to the tv. Although weren’t too worried.

Good location on Charlotte St, easy Eason to Queen St Mall and walkable to the city hopper/cat wharf. But more of a walk to Southbank, QPAC and museum but doable with young kids OR just a $15 Uber ride each way

Check in was backed up when we arrived at 2pm, hard to keep young eager kids occupied in a smaller space for extended periods of time - needed more staff

The sebel is perfectly located near the myer centre, pub, eateries and chemist. We were on the 15th floor the view, well your in the city so if you expect to see scenery you're out of luck, but it's great to get outside the room on the balcony. The room was spacious enough as I was recovering from major surgery for a week before heading back home (regional area).

The rooms do not have a safe for valuables, which is common in most hotel rooms. The was no room service supposedly because of covid-19 yet we are able to eat in the hotel restaurant. Businesses can not keep using covid-19 for poor services or an excuse. Room service can do room door drops and collect later.

The room was spacious and the reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was included but the restaurant was extremely crowded with long queues to order. I didn't have much time so I ordered a coffee from the coffee window and asked if I could just have a muffin from the cabinet instead. I was told cabinet food was not included in the breakfast so I missed out.
