Excellent family stay at the Elysium Apartments, the staff went out of their way to help me with advice Pre and during our stay. We had a coles shopping delivered on the day we arrived and it got there a bit earlier than our arrival and so when we got into the apartment our cold goods were already in the fridge. Needless to say I was very grateful! The premises were all very clean, the pool was amazing and the apartment had everyone a family needs. Location was about a block or so back from the main strip at Palm Cove but all walking distance. Seamless checkin and checkout, beds were comfy and air conditioning and fans in all the rooms helps. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Great location, apartment was a good size and nice and clean. Good communication with manager prior to arriving and also.whilst there. Highly recommend.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with our two boys, so we asked for one room to have 2 single beds. The bedroom that had the ensuite was made i the boys room, so hubby and I had to use the main bathroom. No big deal, but thought we would have the room set up as the main with the ensuite not other way around

I loved how conveniently located the place was relative to the beach. My partner and I also enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the place was. We loved it.

The only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the place we stayed in: the beach is not ideal for swimming, but that was a minor inconvenience since the location had a pool.

Stuff is grate. Stacey is very helpful . The apartment is huge with furniture and household equipment of high quality

The traffic noise. The road goes around the building and there is huge parking on one side. We slept with closed windows but it didn’t help and cars and rubbish collector in particular would wake me up between 5:45 and 7 am. Also there was minor problem with drain

Room was spacious and well appointed. Cupboards were stocked well with utensils etc. Double shower in main bedroom was great. Great outdoors spaces too with multiple verandahs. Tavern very handy downstairs for meals etc. Staff were great, but really didn't have to ask them for much, because everything we needed was there.

Taps in the washbasins were weird. Inappropriate for that style of sink. Could hardly get your hands under them. Noise from the tavern in the mornings was a little annoying, with kegs being loaded and unloaded etc. Not a huge annoyance though.

Location is conveniently off the main strip of restaurants and shops making it much quieter compared to other hotels. Room size was fantastic and very clean.

Neighbouring units and their noise were easily heard at any time of the day or night

We loved the spacious apartment, the two bathrooms and the big balcony. It was easy to do everything (including keeping up with the washing). Stacey was an absolute star, she made our stay next level with her tips and advice about Palm Cove and her helpful, friendly attitude. She’s wonderful!

Our apartment faced a road that was quite busy and we aren’t used to that. We sort of got used to it, but traffic started quite early. Location wise it was easy to get to, and easy to get around, it’s just a small walk to the beach and a larger walk up to the restaurants on the Esplanade (good for walking off the local icecream).

Clean & comfortable room. 2 shower heads in the shower was amazing. Little balcony to put our wet clothes and sit in the shade. I liked it was 3min walk to the main strip instead of on the strip directly. We didn't use the pool but looked like a decent size. We were able to park the car for free. Good value for money.

great set up of the rooms, comfortable bed, spacious kitchen and living area.

No view as such although it was only a short walk to Esplanade. Sotting on the balcony on the 3rd floor just provided views of the next door taverns roof! The 2 air conditioning units really heated up the balcony making it a very hot place to sot without turning the aircons off inside.

Excellent location and friendly staff. We were able to check in early and leave bags on our check out day. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very spacious and extremely comfortable. The pool was fantastic for relaxing in the afternoon. We were extremely happy with the facilities. Amazing value for money.
