The resort is in a fantastic location, staff are very friendly, everything worked and it was nice and clean. Undercover car parking very close to the room so didn’t have to cart luggage very far. I thought the pool was great too! It has a walk in area so you can literally walk in and out without having to grapple with ladders or steps

The venue is older and as such so are the appliances and fixtures. With older gear comes the need for maintenance. There were a couple of small maintenance jobs requiring attention but nothing which affected our stay adversely; as stated everything was in working order, just a tad old and worn (e.g. toilet cistern, Tapware stiff and most likely partially blocked with calcium build ups).

Fabulous property, loved our apartment, perfect location! Located on the esplanade, right in the middle of the restaurants, cafes and other accommodation - could not be better. Views of the beautiful garden, the esplanade palm trees and the sea, so tranquil. Our apartment had everything you could need and the property owners were so helpful. We stayed for 6 nights and loved it here, so nice having kitchen facilities, a small dining table with 4 chairs, comfy couch & 2 armchairs, nice decor. Excellent having a washing machine, dryer, clothes horse and use of undercover clothes line downstairs. I really loved the balcony with 2 chairs, footstools and table, it felt private and just so relaxing sitting there with such a beautiful view. The property’s gardens are the best I’ve seen on our travels, just gorgeous, and there’s a lovely small lagoon pool with loungers and a BBQ area. I loved it!

I found the bed sheets stiff and noisy, but it didn’t bother my husband. The hairdryer was very basic, only 2 settings: hot & fast or hot & slow - needs updating!

Excellent location.-Across the road from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Sea views from mist rooms , if not all. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Apartment a good size and has all we needed. Hosts very helpful and welcoming

Our fault but didn't mention my husband's walking disability and we were 5 lots of stairs up to our room. Next time, and we'd definitely come again, we'd ask for the lower rooms. Rooms are slightly dated now maybe a revamp for a more tropical look. However good size and comfortable

Great spot about in the middle of all restaurants. Right across road from on brach. Our room had a balcony which had a great view of sea. Room was a bit dated but comfortable. Facilities good full cooktop if you wanted to cook for yourself. We didn’t as there were so many lovely restaurants on doorstep. Undercover parking which was great. Managers on site and were very helpful. Aircon efficient. Pool and pool area lovely. Would definitely stay again. Bed comfortable although only double.

Bed could have been bigger but apart from that everything great.

This is a great place. Rooms extremely well equipped and clean, gardens wonderful, staff pleasant and helpful above and beyond requirements. Most rooms have a sea view, and good size balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap while enjoying the sight and sound of the ocean . It's within easy walking distance of the lifeguarded swimming area and all the good bars and restaurants, and also has a very nice onsite pool.

I'm not easily pleased but am happy to say there's nothing I didn't like about this place!

Location,location, location !!! Palm Cove is an amazing relaxing spot, and at Melaleuca Apartments, you are ideally located!! We stayed for 5 days and are looking forward to booking again in June. Lovely apartment with everything we needed and such lovely management. Highly recommend

Nothing, we had a great time

We loved the location here, the pool was just lovely and most of the time we had it to ourselves, also, we liked the very good air conditioning.

The thing we didn't really like was the limited time reception was open as we always seemed to need advice or the like when it was closed.

The location was excellent. Great restaurants around and right on the seafront. Have to say Lisa was so helpful and lovely The pool is gorgeous

Apartment was fine. There was nothing to say we didn’t like apart from the fact there was nothing oven but with such great restaurants around it was not really required.

The hotel was amazing, great value for money, the location was central to everything we needed, it was clean, the AC worked brilliantly (considering how hot it was), the pool area was so beautiful and relaxing.

There wasn't any laundry powder provided in the room however we just asked the friendly staff and they provided us with some.

Spent 3 nights there and completely loved the resort and Palm Cove. Great location, friendly staff, and the apartment has all the things you would need. ACs in the living room and bedroom.

The only thing that could be improved if I have to find something negative is that the bed and pillows could be harder. Personal preference.
