Location was fantastic, the room was adequate for our needs and the bed was comfortable. The pool was also very good.

The fact that there weren't any lifts - we didn't notice this until we'd paid a non refundable deposit. It then becomes unforgivable that ther baggage lift was out of order during our stay and we were told that it had been out of order for some time. It should have been a top priority for it to be fixed as luggage had to be hauled up a lot of stairs. Also, maintenance had to be called because one of our party could not get out of her room because the door was jammed. Fortunately we were on hand to be alerted by an SMS. Maintenance attended straight away. Another room also had difficulty with the door being tight.

Stayed in a one bed studio. Really lovely apartment with all facilities thought about and more! Great location at the end of Macrossan street, close to all the cafes, restaurants, shops and practically on top of the Sunday market! A perfect “town” location close to all the action of PD. Staff are super lovely and helpful. Convenient Underground car park for your vehicle.

There is nothing not to like about the apartments … but if you are coming to PD for the beach only maybe choose another mantra closer to the beach to avoid the walk. I don’t believe the property has an elevator so if you have an issue with stairs don’t stay on the second floor. But we loved the 2nd floor - great views for watching the world go by!

The Mantra went out of their way to accommodate hubbys very recent knee construction and even changed our “no changes” booking when I messed up and booked the wrong date. The suite was gorgeous and so suitable for a person who had just undergone knee surgery. The suite was large, private and ultra comfortable and the location was perfect.

Our stay was 100% positive, nothing to complain about. Friends arrived briefly to help my husband with the short walk to our evening venue and were so impressed they will book there in the future themselves.

Room with spa was great. Large, airy. Patio. Right on main street with street atmosphere drawing you out. This also meant it’s noisy … but I rather enjoyed reading a book, drinking wine to live performances filtering in. Quieter after 11pm. Close to markets and Coles. Kitchenette and large fridge. If you want to sleep lots, not for you. But if you’re in and out, it’s convenient with nice views.

The location was amazing.

The room only gave us one key. So when trying to organise this and go seperate ways with the partner it was annoying because we didn’t want to leave the room unlocked. The shower head didn’t poor properly, dripped like a hose with a link in it but we made it work. The baggage lift didn’t work and without an elevator made getting in and out with everything a real workout.

The room space and facilities were fantastic, great value for money. I got ready for my with my bridesmaids and family, on my wedding day, in one of the spa rooms and it was absolutely perfect, we had more than enough space.

My partner and I really don't like it when two single beds are put together and called a king bed! So that was a little uncomfortable as one of us constantly fell down the middle.

We did not stay at the Inlet there was a problem with our room so we were moved to the Heritage in central. Disappointed as we selected the Inlet for its location opposite the park etc. Our apartment at the Heritage was nice however the bed was terrible hardly slept.

Location of property was excellent. Size of suite and level of comfort excellent.

There is NO elevator and quite a few flights of stairs which is difficult with bags etc. The luggage elevator has been out of service for weeks.

Excellent location, the staff was very helpful, particularly the gentleman at the reception. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable.

It was not very clean. The floors were quite dirty, the sofa was old and stained, the light switches were dirty. The rooms that face the main road are very noisy.

Great location and beautiful, Queenslander style rooms. Surprisingly quiet, considering the hotel is right in the centre of town and surrounded by pubs and restaurants.

Staffed check in finishes at 1600, so there is some messing around to call up, obtain keys and check in. Staff were helpful enough over the phone so not a major issue.
