Well informed by desk staff on arrival. The room was close and convenient on ground floor and short distance from where we parked our car. The room was clean, neat and tidy and good for the price I paid for an overnight stay.

Well my partner complained about the view. Looking out at carpark did not appeal to him but that is what the curtains are for, right! There was a noise which sounded like a hair dryer but may have been the sound of water through pipes from a shower perhaps. Did not bother us but may have at midnight if asleep.

Right from checkin throughout my entire stay of two nights the staff in all areas of the hotel were excellent. My room was well appointed with modern facilities a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It is a vibrant place with many different eating and drinking/socialising areas. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. A special thanks to the older gentleman who was at the checkin desk as he was the ultimate professional and ambassador for the hotel - he said "Enjoy your stay" after his informative and friendly welcome, and I replied "I already am as that is the best check-in experience I have ever had."

Parking was tricky as it is next to a shopping centre, but a little walk never hurt anyone. The carparking area is well lit and felt safe and secure.

I have stayed at the Arkaba multiple times before . Personally think it’s the best Hotel in Adelaide 10/10

I am not a regular gambler but I tried my luck at the Arkaba hotel gaming room literally put $50 in the machine and two minutes after small Winn little over two thousand dollars I won 😊

Breakfast was a little bit expensive and considering the portion. Dinner was was the same, but not much of a selection, unless it varies each month or so. Steak was not cooked to what was requested and small portion. Other than food, service and entertainment at the venue was fantastic. Friday and Saturday night had a great atmosphere. It was very much appreciated that we received an upgrade from someone else’s cancellation. For me and my family, this was very much a bonus and very thankful to receive the penthouse room from that upgrade. Over all, it will be my destination every year for gather round and it’s located makes it very feasible for the Arkaba to be the go to place to stay when in Adelaide.

Parking was difficult to find sometimes, especially during the day when the shopping centres car park was busy, food a little pricey and not much of a selection, more so with breakfast. Other than that, I was very impressed overall.

The rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. The beds were amazing! I slept like a baby! The complementary chocolates and chips were the finishing touch to a great stay. I also like the bathroom minis (shampoo etc), they smelt divine! We stayed on the bottom floor so the room was easily accessible. The facilities including restaurant, bars and showroom (theatre) were all in one place so once you got there, you didn't need to leave until you checked-out!

The only things that let the room down slightly....and I say slightly was the fact the clock was on the wrong time (obviously not corrected from daylight savings time). The only other thing was to watch TV you had to sit on the beds because you couldn't see the TV from the lounge chair.

On arrival the check in was quick and I was told that I got an upgrade for using booking.com to make the reservation to a room with a spa. The room was on the first floor, it was big, with a big comfortable bed, lots of wooden furniture and a bit outdated but still functional, plenty of cabinets for clothes, tv on the wall with YouTube and Netflix, the little fridge with complimentary water and coffee, chips and Tim Tams, the water pressure in the shower was great and the spa was fantastic!! I used it twice! There’s a small shopping centre just a few meters in the same complex and the car park is big enough but not just in front of the hotel lobby. There are pokies, restaurant and on the weekends they have live music. I couldn’t hear noise from the main road just in front of my room or even from the bar but unfortunately the noise came from the ceiling and room on the top of mine. The hotel is not far from downtown but too long if you walk to it. It was a very good value for money.

Spacious room, clean. They had a Nespresso coffee machine in the room alongside the kettle. Breakfast isn't buffet but "a la carte" which was still tasty. The bed is suuuuper soft and for once the pillows weren't stupidly uncomfortable. Curtains work great at blocking out light.

The shower mixer tap leaked the whole time. The room above us must have had a party of elephants and hyenas (stomping and laughing) after midnight which was not helpful, but speaking to staff the next morning, they recommended that we should have called them to sort it out. Oh well, next time.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was a great location, close to the city but not right in the heart which most definitely suits us. The staff were all amazing, so friendly and will do anything to help make your stay the best it could possibly need. When we left I left my airpods in the room and i was able to track them down with the help of the reception staff, so grateful!

We struggled to find a park a few times and had to do a few laps, Woolworths must have been really busy the mornings we were there. In saying we struggled, we always found a park eventually so it wasn't a big deal.

Always like staying at Arkaba , have done over last 20years. Room was good liked complimentary snacks , staff friendly ,helpful.Like having various facilities available eg dinning room, bar, shopping centre close, free parking, bottle shop

Bed a little too soft , room cleaning for long stays too early , so we had to be out of room by 10/1030am to have its cleaned . A little frustrating when you have driven long distance and wanted to sleep in and relax. Would be nice to have a reward programme for regular customers.
