Location, balconies, views, quiet, comfortable

It looks like vacuuming has not been done under the bed for a long time. I dropped something and had to look under the bed - there was loads of dust, a used tissue and an empty plastic bottle. On previous stays I noticed that some items or areas had not been cleaned at all for some time, eg. Telephone, plastic tray for cups etc. The bathrooms have always been clean.

Parking spaces are a bit tight when there’s so many large off road vehicles that only just fit within the lines. Returning late at night can be a struggle to actually get into a space, which is unfair considering we’re paying extra for parking. The hotel can also do with a deep clean in the bathrooms. Visible mould in the bathroom grout is not ok Also no dairy free alternatives for breakfast. Plenty of dairy free options, but no dairy free yogurts or milks so couldn’t have coffee or cereal or yoghurt or any of my usual morning breakfast options. I didn’t bother with breakfast after the first morning as the range was disappointing

Welcoming staff, clean, comfortable and in a quiet location overlooking parkland close to restaurants and tram stop. I felt safe walking around the area day and night. Nice reception area and restaurant. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great value for money.

The only negative was hearing noise when inside my room from corridor (people talking and doors slamming) and room next door (shower running, toilet flushing). Other than that, it was quiet and peaceful.

Good pricing at a great location! Staff were very friendly. They offer a $10 voucher per night if you skip Room refresh, which is a great initiative. We received a $30 vouchers in our 5-night stay at the time of checkout, which could be used for the hotel breakfast / vending machine/ minibar drinks.

The bathroom wasn't deep cleaned, there were dirts around the bathtub. After 4 pm, there is no room service. If we needed anything, we had to physically go to the reception. Parking is not free. it's $15 per day, which was a real bummer.

The hotel renovated, clean and comfortable. They provided all you need on holiday. We got a room at the end of the corridor and quiet, it’s very good for a light sleepers as my husband and my daughter. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We wanted to make a surprise for our daughter for her birthday on our holiday. They always gave extra miles to help us during our holiday (We are so sorry if we caused you any troubles with storing the cake and bike present for our daughter). The receptionists always welcome you with a smile and provide any information that you need. One thing that touched our hearts was the waitress at the restaurant on Monday’s night on 26/8 (sorry, we didn’t get her name) who made my daughter’s birthday celebration night unforgettable. She is a lovely hard-working lady, nice, kind and very sweet person, good with kids too. She knows exactly our needs and helped us with organising plates for birthday cake. We even make friends with the guests who were having dinner at the restaurant that night. They shared and enjoyed the birthday celebration with us. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone! Especially family group as they have the park opposite to the hotel. Thank you so much! Hope to stay with your hotel again in the future.

Across from a park so my kids can have a play when they need it. It was easy to find the hotel and easy to get in and out of the hotel.

It would be good if they have rooms that is interconnected so that a family can stay next door to each other. It would be good if the shower tap/ shower head can be moved so that we can shower the kids a bit easier. We had young kids so it was a bit tricky to shower them. The bath didn’t have a plug for them to have a bath either. These are minor issues, overall it was a good stay.

The room is spacious and has everything you need and a nice outlook. It's good that you can have breakfast there if you want and the breakfast was very good.

Items in the room weren't replenished when needed and I had to ask twice for more hair conditioner. I also found the bath a bit slippery and almost slipped a couple of times. I asked for something to be done to improve this but was told that wouldn't be possible. Other than the above, I was happy with all else.

Staff were great and very accommodating for a late check in (approaching midnight) The room and balcony were exceptionally clean, comfortable and well fitted with anything you may need for an overnight stay. Foyer and front of hotel are both easy to navigate your way through and gorgeously designed. 5 stars for the comfy pillows provided in the room and wardrobe space available for those needing it. 👌🏻

The only way this room could possibly be improved is with new shower fittings, however the shower and water supply was definitely hot enough and still met all required needs.

One staff member incredibly helpful. (room service deliverer/bar). Found me a laptop charger from the conference room (after being told by front desk I could not access one due to hoursekeeping being closed). Saved my evening because otherwise I would have not been able to work. Dinners ordered both nights was delicious. Rooms fresh and clean.

Underwhelmed by breakfast. Avocado smashed way too sweet and arrived 15 minutes late. Check out was confusing. Room charge, $100 deposit and then charged extra for in-room dining. Not sure if I was being charged on top of the deposit or not. Front desk person sorted but am still not clear the issue.
