Fabulous location on the edge of town, the rooms have all been given an upgrade since my visit here over 5 years ago which are now much better. Loved the pool, restaurant and bar area which is a great addition for the hotel. Look forward to returning next year for the Tour Down Under.

Poor reception and choice on TV's for local channels but plenty of subscription channels available.

Room was tidy, clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Lovely modern feel! Location of the hotel was nice, easy accessible with plenty of car parking available and a short walk to reception. The staff were lovely on arrival and departure and during breakfast service. Staff were accommodating to a room on the ground floor due to recent surgery which was very pleasing and much appreciated. Very affordable and would pay again for the experience! Lovely place! Definitely recommend and will visit again!

Fabulous little motel that has been recently renovated! Super cute and very clean - staff are very quick to do housekeeping for the room which is always great. The pool area is fabulous and the location close to the park across the road for a walk or not too far from some great eatery spots. Will definitely be back for sure!

HotelMotel were brilliant! They let us park there for the day as we were in town early for an event. While dropping off the car they had a room ready that we could put our gear in. (Late morning) Super helpful as we were out then till late and didn't have to sort out rooms and luggage then. Room was super clean and nicely decorated, modern and freshly renovated. The whole hotel was nice and quiet even with a big event on.

There is a mini fridge but not a microwave. Having that would have helped a lot with heating milk for the kids

The beds are super comfy, there was a coffee machine in the room, the location was on the outskirts but far enough away from the craziness of the inner city. If you don’t want your room to be made up each day you get a $10 food credit that we used on breakfast. Breakfast was $30 pp and the buffet was very sparse- bacon, eggs, cereal, fruit, toast, coffee. Very expensive for what it was.

The hotels on both sides is owned by the same person so you share the pool next door. There are 10 sun lounges for 3 big hotels and the pool was freezing, even after a long spell of 35+ degree days. Don’t forget to always display your parking voucher because the ticket inspectors do come around and fine people without valid parking. It can be hard to find a park if you return late as some cars have trailers/boats that take up a lot of spaces. When the fire alarm goes off it causes all 3 motels to have the alarm in every room screeching until the problem is found- even for burnt toast. The shower screen doesn’t sit inside the frame properly so make sure you don’t leave anything on the floor because everything gets so wet.

Everything. Rooms were clean and modern and loved the lotions and shampoo too! Loved being a able to use the pool and bar.

Location and close to tram,restaurant and city. Staff were very helpful when needed taxi and friendly. Cleaning staff very good and friendly.

For us we were happy

Room was very clean and comfortable. Haven't stayed there in a long time and so the refurbishment of the rooms was very good. Slept well as it was extremely quiet and bedding very comfortable. Location is terrific. Close to CBD and places to eat. I noticed the information about $10 voucher if we didn't use housekeeping, but we were only there for one night. This however is a great incentive and innovative way to encourage guests to be more conscious about how they can have a positive impact on resources and to care about our environment.
