Staff were very courteous and professional. A great location, walk to everything, a classy bar area, we would stay there again.
I still find it frustrating (I know all the 4-5 star hotels do it) when you book online for a hotel in your price range, then when you arrive, find you have to pay a substantial amount to park your car. There needs to be more clarity when you book online regarding parking.

Primarily we chose this hotel because the location was very convenient within a short walking distance to the Chinatown, Central Market and to the Bus Station where we had to take an early coach to Cape Jervis to catch the ferry to Kangaroo Island. The tram to Glenelg stops opposite the hotel too. Overall we enjoyed our 4 days stay at this hotel. Would be my choice of hotel in Adelaide.
If the receptionist could assists in arranging taxi service instead of telling us to wait outside near the hotel which we did but there was no taxi and we had to come back to the receptionist to ask for assistance.

The location was convenient for us to get to the Central Bus Station to join the coach to Kangaroo Island. The tram stop apposite the hotel was also very convenient to move around the city and to Glenelg. The room we were allocated was clean and comfortable with a good view of Victoria Square and the surrounding area.
Most times I noticed there is only one staff at the reception and had to wait a while to be called. I requested for taxi to the airport and was told to go to the nearby taxi stand. My wife and I waited quite a while but no taxi showed up. I went back to the reception and requested for uber transport but was told they only call for taxi which the concierge did and it turned out be a private taxi and the charge was more expensive compared to normal taxi charge when we came in from the airport. I am sure this simple service could be offered to your guests easily.

The location of this hotel is good, and the hotel is also clean, but it is quite old and the room facilities are outdated.
My friend is Japanese and had trouble operating the TV, so the technician was called to help. However, the technician only spoke English, and my friend only spoke Japanese and Chinese, so it was very inconvenient. I suggest that the hotel provide multilingual service personnel to better serve guests. I have a friend who is an Australian citizen and can speak English, Japanese, and Chinese. He is a computer design major and just graduated from university this year. If the hotel needs kind of people, please contact me.

I requested a quiet room, which I was allocated. The room was very clean bed was so comfortable bathroom had hand wash/body moisturiser , fresh clean towells, shower was perfect. Room was a huge size with a beautiful view overlooking Victoria Square. Breakfast was delicious too, the selection available was plentiful, coffee, juice, sparkling wine, eggs to your liking etc. The staff were very helpful, friendly and tables were very clean. Reception was efficient and courteous.
Maybe a complimentary cocktail from Collins Bar available during stay would be very appreciated.

The concierge went above and beyond. He is a huge asset for your hotel. Friendly ,courteous and accomodating! The pool was excellent as it was heated and the gym was not a token effort but was well equipped. I would not hesitate to stay here again just for the fitness facilities.
The doona was way too thick for those that like a cool sleep (health benefits!) even with the windows open and the air conditioning at its coolest (the window was opened after the air conditioner could not cool the room enough).

Location is fabulous with the markets next door and Chinatown. Rooms were clean and lovely. Downstairs bar was welcoming and nice to relax in. Pool area was fabulous to sit in the sun and relax while the kid swam
We didnt prebook our breakfast and one day we decided to eat at the buffet. Buying it on the day is extremely expensive and not very good value for money. I think if you are staying there that a more economical offer should be available for last minute decisions to eat the breakfast buffet! Very disappointed by this and I definitely did not return the next morning!

The location is perfect. Just in front is the tram station with free rides around city vicinity. Around the corner is free connector bus. The tram takes you straight to Glenelg or from Botanic Gardens. The rooms are clean and the 2 double beds are spacious for 2 pax and a very good sleep. Breakfast is wholesome although it would be nice to change the menu some days since I stayed a week. Alternatively Central Market is a walk around the corner to good meats, bakes and coffee.
It would be nice to change breakfast menu sometimes.

Wonderful view from a corner room across Victoria Square. Room was nice and quiet. Bed comfy. Minibar was reasonably priced. Tram at the front door was fantastic for getting about. Food in restaurant was excellent. I had an eye fillet one night and another night we ate in the lounge bar and had the dips - also good.
Bathroom was as old as the hills lol. Needs a refurbish. My friends in other rooms had refurbished bathrooms but no views or bath. I had a bubble bath in the old tub.

Wow what can I say. This place is exceptional from the room to the breakfast. The check in staff was great. Thomas was by far the best. He was helpful and could have a laugh with him. The room was massive and extremely clean. One of the cleaners left us a little note on our pillow saying for us to have a lovely stay( her name was Tanjila) That made our day wonderful. Breakfast was a vast array of food, from pastries to fruit. Hot food as well. If I had a bigger stomach I would have tried everything as it looked lovely. Our stay was a pleasure and will be back again in the future. Thankyou for a lovely stay
Next doors shower as we heard it when they had it at 6am.
