The room set up. Great location. Great Parking. Very friendly Staff. and to have the Cafe open till 8:30 pm. (Well run facility) Could not have more helpful and friendly Staff. Will definitely stay again.

Just a few small things. (trival) There was not dish cloth or Paper Towel in the kitchen. I couldn't find a Dustpan and Brush. Make sure you bring things like Glad wrap, Alfoil etc. there is a great Kitchen but no complimentary xtras. Please note that it wasn't part of the deal. Just saying if you want to cook then bring everthing you will need other than Cooking utensils. We will be prepared next time. 😊 (Not far from Shops 😊)

7-8 minute walk to Victoria Square where you can get the tram to Rundle Mall - very convenient. Staff was very accommodating and breakfast was superb! Highly recommended.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Convenient location- this end of town is slightly abandoned, but it's not far to walk to be in the thick of it. Building facilities were good. Local pubs were good - shout out to the Cumby. Pleasant enough view if only on 3 floor. I'd stay here again. It's just not as fancy as it looks in the photos.

The floorboards, which were quite damaged, had not been cleaned, possibly in a while - we were trying to work out why our feet were black! A few things were broken/ not working. We rearranged the furniture to suit us. No cooking basics. Some salt and pepper would have been handy. And more than one dishwasher tablet for a week long stay would have been good. Just seemed a bit stingey for a $3000 stay.

Great location in the heart of Adelaide CBD - only a 15m drive from the airport. The concierge were very detailed in all the information you needed to access your room and provided really friendly service. There are loads of amenities available that you should definately use (pool, sauna, steam room, gym). The bed was really comfortable. Street parking available for day to day travel but also a parking lot is also available for $28/per day

we stayed for two nights but only three coffee pods provided - I would recommend providing one more pod for customer visits or base if off of the length of stay/persons per visit.

Staff really really friendly and helpful. Apartment very nice and set out well. Great facilities- gym, library, simulation golf, cinema, pool. Did I mention the staff were lovely. Nice soft & fluffy pillows. Good size fridge and lots of crockery and cutlery.

The Air-conditioning didn't work very well in the bedrooms. Bottom sheet only just fit the bed so kept coming untucked. When we used the pool, other users were dive bombing and I was (accidentally) kicked in an arthritic foot which I was very unamused about. That was more a parent control issue though. Smokers stinking out the lift access from the carpark. Yuk!

The air conditioning wasn’t working at its best, I think due to the air filtration being blocked but staff took care of it as soon as we told them. All staff except for one female was exceptional. My husband thought she didn’t like him for some reason but luckily he didn’t always have to deal with her, everyone else was amazing. I would recommend more dishwashing detergent be left in the room!!

We had an enjoyable stay at the Avani apartments for the Adelaide Fringe Festival in a 2 bedroom unit with ensuite bathrooms. Last weekend Adelaide had a heatwave with 38 deg temps so we really appreciated the air conditioning and the lovely pool. We found the cafe and IGA supermarket next door very convenient. The apartment was quiet due to double glazing, clean and well equipped. I used the gym which was also very well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. We wanted to watch a DVD in the cinema and needed assistance with the controls to get it started. We didn't have a car and used taxis and Ubers which are readily available. The complex is secure with key entry to the building, lift and unit. We would recommend this complex which is conveniently located on the city fringe.

Avani was well located, within easy walking distance of Rundle Mall and the riverbank. A reasonably new property with modern equipment (lifts, gym, pool etc). The apartment was large compared to others we had looked at and was well appointed with coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, decent sized refrigerator and ample space to relax. The IGA store in the same building was a bonus - no hauling groceries across town! Another bonus was the on-site cafe and bar. Great for a relaxing drink at the end of the day and a light meal perhaps? The staff we met were all very welcoming and informative. We had an issue with getting the TV to work on arrival. A quick call to the front desk and a staff member arrived within a few minutes and established that somebody had removed a HDMI cable . All fixed in no time at all! Great service!

We noticed that the apartment was very clean and tidy on our arrival. It was serviced daily (which we did not expect) including rubbish removal and beds made and towels changed. We did notice though, that the hardwood floors did not appear to have been washed for a while. Our feet or footwear showed up dirt in these areas. Obviously swept, but perhaps needs a steam mop once a week?

Avanti kindly upgraded me to a one bedroom in place of the studio I had booked. The room was spacious and had all that was needed for a week in Adelaide. One excellent feature for me was the 25m lap pool. Others might like the gym or the convenience of a cafe in the reception area. One disappointment being the only night I planned to use it was a Sunday and it was closed, but the IGA next door served me well.

I can’t even begin to explain how lovely this hotel this, everything from the reception to the room to leaving was amazing. My apartment was just out standing I can even express how amazing it was. I would stay here again in a heart beat and I hope I can one day.

The washing machine as nice as having one was, was growing a few nastiest. Having it closed and damp all the time It was dirty and smelly. I did a 90 degree no clothes wash just to try to clean it then I run the tea towel around the inside seal it and it was rotten. If it wasn’t for that the room would of been perfection I
