Very easy to get to, close to all things you want. Very clean & comfortable room. The owner is delightful and very caring. We were there when the car races were on, all other places had huge mark ups & were booked out. Not so bad here!

*Not a didn't like, just a comment! Access to the freeway can be a bit hard in rush hour/s. Traffic can be a bit noisy, but that's where you are! No problems sleeping for us. There are some long term residents who look out of place, but are fine & don't cause issues. More trouble from transients with cats! (Read his review; you'll find he does that everywhere!)

Clean and location was easy for our morning out of town

The room smelt of cigarettes when we turned on the aircon. It was hard to breathe. Had to close the bathroom window due to no fly screen and front window due to noise from freeway so had to turn aircon on. This made the cigarette smell come through the whole room. Like someone was smoking outside the room and blowing it in the aircon. Also bathroom door didn't close, and entry to shower was narrow. Wouldn't have wanted to be any bigger then I am. Could do with giving soap for shower as they only had shampoo on a hanger no soap or body wash.

Everything was great the only downside was occasionally the hot water would go cold for a quick second while having a shower but not long enough to be a problem and the biggest downside was the fact that booking did not even try to notify them about our special checkout times so for anything as that I would advise to call the property and organise that through them directly, otherwise everything was amazing, the staff were more than understanding about the issue and I would 100% recommend staying here as I will be again.

Nice clean room. Beautiful Indian inspired black out curtians. Decor was a dated but in good condition. Very comfortable bed. Clean linen and room was spotless. Lovely staff. Great location. I will definitely be back. Thanks Tollgate Motel 🙂

We like this property because it is very convenient. We travel 5 hrs to get to Adelaide so it’s nice when we are heading home to be out of Adelaide as soon as we leave motel

room was fantastic but Iam pretty deaf and need hearing aids, i did not use them and could still hear the traffic all bloody night sorry but it was not good.

it was easy to find and very convenient to the Adelaide Hills were we wanted to visit. very clean and tidy

the bathroom /toilet facilities could do with a face lift but were very clean

Everything was good as per our requirements & the staff was cooperative and our kids enjoy the stay. Sikh center is very near to the property, the great place to warship

the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the sink was a bit too small.

Pleasant and efficient staff a comfortable room and bed. No problem when I asked for an extra pillow. No disruption to our comings and goings
