Convenient location and very clean and spacious. Convenient to park the car right outside the door. There is a pool and nice garden surrounding but we didn’t use them as it was winter during our stay. Had dinner at a great pub called the Northo. Enjoyed the Benalla art gallery and gardens.

No one at reception on arrival so I had to phone the number on the door to get instructions. No one on reception at departure time so had to ring a bell to get someone to come to check out. Very hard bed. Time to ditch the lace curtains and fake flowers in the bathroom and old fashioned bed spreads. Would look much better without these. The garden beds near the doors to the rooms need a spruce up.

We were happy with the facilities and it looked like the bathroom had been updated and looked good. The room was extremely clean, black out blinds in the lounge and a nice table with a small table cloth for a nice homey touch. I liked the bathroom presentation. Very noce. The rain shower and hot water was fabulous. As we had a trailer we could park up the back which was great! The staff were very accommodating this way and also i asked for a late checkout which was granted. I didnt need it in the end. Great place to stay and recoup after a long drive. I would stop here again.

I didnt like the old fashioned quilt on the bed. The bed was a tad on the firm side for us but we were that tired it didnt make much difference to us. We faced a main road and there was road noise early on but come 9pm there was none that i heard. I was very disappointed they didnt offer breakfast although there was a toaster if you wanted toast. We had to drive into town and stopped at the Hides bakery for breakfast which was average and expensive!

The location was out of town but could still be walked.. it made a great leg stretch walking to the lake after a long day of driving. It was easy to find and the room was very quiet. We really didn't notice any traffic noise. The facilities were excellent. It was spacious and clean. We loved the newly refurbished bathroom with a large shower head and spa bath. The spa was just the thing after a long drive.. We liked it so much that we would like to return on a short break holiday. Lovely comfortable stay in a beautiful little town. It was a shame to be in a rush to leave.

The car park was convenient just outside our room. However, there was no reverse parking and we were at the very end so reversing out was a little tight. Really no big deal for us with a small car, but could be awkward on the end unit if you had a big vehicle.

Great Air Con for hot weather! Very clean. Not noisy, whilst still being a reasonable walking distance from town. Coffee Van over the road a definite bonus, as was the pool for us big kids. Would stay again, great value for money.

Booked for 3 Adults, but only enough crockery, cutlery & towels for two. But we were able to ask for these and get them. Person on reception not very communicative though.

The location was good for the Hume Highway. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The decor was nice. The bed was comfy. Airconditioning worked well. Car Parking outside your door. Microwave, kettle, toaster and plates and cutlery in the room.

Issue with the hot water in the shower, had the hot water tap running for approx 5mins before the hot water came through even then you didn't need to use the cold water tap.

Quiet and comfortable room. Daily emptying of bins, clean towels and beds made. Good beds, wifi, aircon and water pressure.

Microwave, crockery and teaspoons available but no other cutlery. Some info in the room booklet was inconsistent re: wifi or outdated and emphasised what had closed rather than some of the great things the town offered in and around (found instead online and the local information centre).

The room was lovely clean & very comfortable. There were 2 of us & the room was spacious it had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable & to relax after a day's travel. The location was ideal. It was quiet with easy nearby access to the main shopping area, cafes & restaurants. It was a lovely motel to stay in & would stay there again.

Location was quiet, on the outskirts of town. There were no interruptions or distractions from staff, and the room was cleaned each day nicely.

The room was very dark, with only one window, but that is hard to change.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were very clean and the shower head was excellent. I felt that the bed was just OK, My wife thought the bed was comfortable.

There was no one in the office when we arrived around 3:30pm The split System heater was not working correctly as the temperature was not able to be changed. I mentioned the fault to the cleaner on our departure. If guests don,t bother reporting faults one cannot be too harsh on the landlord. Unfortunately the current owners appear to be negelting the garden area, over grown shrubs in the parking area outside the rooms and weeds in the surrounding garden beds.

Room was large with a queen & single bed, sofa and small table with 2 chairs. Location of the property and ease of checking in was good. Air conditioning was great. Bathroom was clean, with small shampoos, body shampoo etc available.

Person at the propery we picked the key up from wasn't very friendly. No conversation at all.
