Had a great time staying at the Nature Resort Villas. It was excellent that we got to use all the facilities of the ramada resort, however the indoor poor was closed due to maintenance, but we enjoyed a dip in the outdoor pool and heated spa. We also enjoyed the pedal karts. Beautiful walking tracks. Loved the decor inside the room. However, 1 curtain was missing in the lounge area. Staff at the resort were accommodating when booking pedal karts. They were also running school holiday activities, which was great for the kids. Also had fun playing in the games room. Beautiful setting. Room was clean and tidy, well-maintained. Kitchen facilities are great!

The accommodation set up was excellent for our family and the resort it sits within was also great. We really enjoyed the different pools, especially the very warm indoor pool which was great for the cooler days. We loved that the property overlooked the paddocks as it gave a real sense of privacy. The kitchen had everything we need and there was plenty of parking out the front.

Would have loved to be able to more easily access the powerpoints behind the bedhead in the third bedroom. We had to pull the bed out so we could move the bedhead in order to plug our chargers in. We also couldn't access the HDMI port on the main TV which was a minor annoyance. The only other issue was that the windows in the main bedroom didn't close properly which meant that on a windy night, the blinds kept banging in the breeze. Other than these small things, the place was great!

Our stay at Nature Resort Villas was absolutely excellent! The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation easy and convenient during our stay. The standout feature, however, was the access to all the facilities inside Ramada. This added a whole new level of luxury and convenience to our experience. Whether it was the pools, gym, or other amenities, having everything so close and accessible made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Nature Resort Villas provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and access to premium facilities. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

There is nothing we disliked.

Location of the villa is amazing, right across a small road from the reception, games room, swimming pool and tennis courts Stylishly decorated. All the extra accessories provided such as toys, board games and wet day folder for the children was a lovely touch. Had an issue with the kitchen blind falling down several times. Whilst it couldn’t be fixed during our stay, Toni was very quick to respond and attempted to rectify

Some of the window blinds were quite stained especially in the twin bedroom Twin bedroom window doesn’t close properly, didn’t affect stay as weather was good but would have been quite cold in the colder months

Loved the cleanliness. The room had so many giden gems and amazing details from the pull out tv, the led lights, fan, x2 heaters. LOVED how many beautiful creatures we saw during our stay. Bathroom was so clean and the shower head and lights were a nice touch. facilities were amazing, especially the games room, spa and tennis court. The bbq area was so nice and easy to use.

Just assumed my back porch would back onto land but makes now seeing the lay out of the resort

The location was excellent - it felt like we were out in the bush but at the same time we had all the facilities of a holiday resort and were close to Cowes main street, and the beach. The 3 bedroom unit was well set out and clean, and had lots of home comforts.

Communication with the owner was mostly great but could be improved. We received our message with the details of how to get into our villa half an hour after check-in time (and after we had called the owner). The main resort reception could not help because it was a private booking so initially we panicked that our booking had been removed. Communication re broken dish washer and/or drying rack ceased with 2 sleeps left. Hopefully the owner was OK as we did not hear otherwise. This is no way spoilt our stay though.

The beds were comfortable and the facilities excellent. Toni was kind and helpful. The coffee pods were fantastic. My four year old loved the pedal bikes!

There didn’t appear to be a bread/chopping board or a box of tissues. Although there were full sized shower products, they weren’t full so had to pump a bit to get the product out. The towels seemed to be a bit mismatched - one was more like a chamois than a bath towel while the others were bath towels.

we did like the area that Vila was located directly behind I believe is a cattle farm which gave us maximum privacy when Going Out on our backpatio. Yeah the beds themselves were very good although I didn't really have any complaints but then again she doesn't unless she's not being fed jokes of course. My self and wife booked this accommodation for our anniversary it had its little quirks and a decent layout including the designing of the rooms. The on-site Pool and spa facilities at the other end of the park were a bonus we only use them on 1 day because we were busy doing other things but it was certainly good . The washing and drying facilities inside the villa were very reliable and did the job well The cooking facilities were also good and made sure the food was cooked well within time which was the difference from some other results that we have stayed. The owner of the villa was quick to respond to a few concerns that we had with connecting to the Chromecast which we discovered it was a Wi-Fi issue This issue was eventually resolved we appreciate the help with this. We have booked disaccommodation for our anniversary next year as well We truly hope the owner does not feel offended by our review as this is an honest review and we re not trying to drag them down Just giving them honest feedback.

the only criticisms I could say that some of the cooking attendants namely a pot and fried pads definitely do need an update they are no longer Non stick. These are things which can be easily fixed. But also giving 1 or 2 spare toilet rolls would probably be a good idea if there was more than just a too of us we would have run out As there was only 1 in each toilet. There is some other things that I could say like there are no bins for women personal hygiene products in the toilets this definitely needs to be added for women. Other than these very small things they wasn't really any major problems with the property however it does need to be updated but there is no longer barbecue facilities at the villa as they were told to remove by management For safety concerns.

We decided last minute to book a couple of nights away with the kids. I had originally booked the 2 bedroom but then wanted a bath for the kids and emailed asking if I could change. Toni was so quick to respond and went out of her way to ensure the place was clean and ready for us to use. It was perfectly equipped for the kids with books and games. They fell in love with the 2 penguin teddies while there so we had to go into town and purchase their own! Private deck looking out to bush land which would be amazing in Summer. Close to everything and the on-site restaurant/bar is worth a visit.

The deck had not been cleaned or maintained in a while and was very dirty with animal droppings, spider webs and plant leaves/blossom ect. I would suggest this would have been from the weather not being great and it not being used for a while. You would also be fighting a losing battle with the blossom anyway at this time of year.
