The location was ideal, central to where we needed to go. The room upgrade was an added bonus, especially because it was offered without being asked for. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean, with clean sheets & towels provided every couple of days. The staff were very friendly & nothing was a problem.

Shower over the bath was a little daunting. Perhaps, a mirror on the inside of 1 of the wardrobe doors would not have gone astray.

The whole building seemed exceptionally clean and tidy. All the staff we encountered we really lovely and willing to help. The location is a short walk to Woolworths and close to public transport and main arterial road. The car park is a bit open, but there were no incidents. Room was clean, very quiet and well appointed. Will definitely stay here next time.

We found the light from the pool area (centre of the block) illuminated our room all night. We used towels to help block the light. The online compendium is not such a good idea - it's out of date, so not useful.

The location was perfect, chose to shops and restaurants, the room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary features and utensils, the pool was nice (we had children visiting), staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were big and comfortable and I loved the fact there were two bathrooms in the apartment. Visited during Christmas with partner and mother-in-law. Strongly recommend this place.

The rooms were clean and nice, but some improvement can be made on the detailing. I moved the bedside table to plug a phone charger and behind it was very dusty, the same could be seen behind the TV. A thick layer of dust on cords and wall. Aside from this the room was really nice and I would recommend to anyone.

The apartment was very clean and perfect for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. You generally can't go wrong with a Quest property in my experience. You might pay a bit more than other places, but it's worth it on balance.

I was not so keen on having to pay extra for a car parking spot in the off-street car park. Still; a minor quibble.

The staff of the hotel was fantastic. They provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area and were attentive to our requests for things like extra towels or laundry soap during the stay. The hotel looked a little different than the pictures, but the facilities were nice. We loved our room/apartment, which was clean, good sized, and well appointed with everything we needed.

Pauline at reception was so so lovely. I needed an extra fan for the 2nd bedroom because it was a particularly warm day and Pauline was all over it. Her customer service and people skills are amazing. The room was comfortable once we coed it down. Plenty of room for a 6ft 4 hubby and and a 6ft tall son and myself. The hotel met my extra asks to accommodate recent injuries I have had. The pool area was great and the ability to to just relax was wonderful.

The only real downfalls were that due to being on the main road the traffic was very loud in the morning, the shower in the second bathroom took some getting use to because it's not very comfortable and the room was hot when we got there (Pauline did apologise so much for that and helped me to fix it). All over though, those were little things and out stay was great.

Easy to reach from ferry from Tassie. Easy check in after hours due to good communication from staff. Clean, comfortable bed. Nice hot shower.

We stayed here to get a head start on our long trip home. Our room was close to the front of the building and you could hear cars and main road noise all night. so didn’t get a great sleep. We got there late so that might have meant we missed out on a quieter room. Our neighbour decided to do her washing and drying in the room just across from us from 11pm so that was disappointing too. Decor is fairly basic. Guess that’s why it’s relatively cheap.

Reasonable price. Good location. Car park. Neat, tidy, clean. Internet. Separate toilets and bathrooms. Washing machine and drier. Big refrigerator and everything in the kitchen. Two TV. Everything you need like at your home.

Vacuum cleaning and emptying rubbish bins weren't done everyday unless we asked. Pest control should be done. Installing awnings would be better in the carports. Installing security gate would be better for the carpark.

Good clean facilities, comfortable bed, Convenient off street parking. Well appointed kitchen. Free Tea and Coffee including some milk in the fridge 🙂 Would stay again in the future.

Couple of cracks in the walls could have done with some maintenance. Water pressure and shower head in shower not fantastic.
