My wife and I had a lovely stay in the Quest Geelong Central. The booking was via Booking.com and I had no issues in getting confirmation. I rang up a few weeks prior to arriving to get early check-in and late check-out and this was arranged perfectly by a lovely staff member. I was also able to reserve a space under the building for my car. The carpark appeared to have quite a few spaces, but booking is recommended. The reception experience was great and I was checked in and up in the room in minutes. A big thank you to all staff members. The hotel is centrally located near shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect for heading out for a bite to eat. The room was a studio room, which was perfect for an overnight or a few days. The hotel is quite new and it was lovely staying in a room which still had that "new car smell", so to speak. The bed was comfy and you can ask for low profile pillows if required (I should have but forgot). The bathroom was spotless; the water pressure strong, and shower was nice and hot. The entertainment available was amazing with access to a wide range of online services including Netflix, Prime Video, etc etc (was able to catch up on a few episodes during my stay). There was a small kitchenette in the room, with basic coffee and tea available, plus a small pouch of ground coffee and a plunger which was just what I needed on arrival. Overall this was one of the best short stays I've had in Australia, and I used to travel across the country for work staying in all types of accommodation. Will definitely recommend it to friends needing to stay in Geelong in the future.

The property is very close to the shops and other essentials. The room was very clean at a rival with the room including things like towels, shampoo and conditioner as well as dish washing liquid and washing liquid for you clothes, the property has washing machine’s available to guest’s and there is a washing line on the roof top to dry your washed clothes thought if you want to us a dryer you’ll need to go to a laundromat they also don’t pervade pegs for the washing line

They need to label what light switch is connected to what as I had trouble work out what light switch was for the bathroom lights

The location was close to the cbd, the beds were comfortable and the shower was good also. It had a small kitchen with basic plates, bowls etc. Couch and tv in lounge space. Also had a washer and dryer. Bedroom had a tv in it also.

The parking was a bit of a mission to get to, we had an assigned park which was 3 levels down and the numbering sequence was not great 1205, 1206 then 1208 (shrug) The A/C wouldn't stay on for an extended period in the living area, for the short time we were there it was not an issue but staying longer it would of been very annoying

Location was fantastic. Not too close to the city centre where there was a lot of noise, but it was within walking distance of everywhere. The rooftop facilities were amazing and had a beautiful view of the bay. We didn't take advantage of the gym but it looked well equipped. The room was lovely and the bed was really comfy. To top it all off staff placed a little goody bag that had chocolate on each hotel door handle because we stayed Christmas Eve. Absolutely outstanding and if I ever need to travel to Geelong again, I will stay at Quest.

Lili and reception lady on 19th to help me whilst having a panic attack offered and calmed me down and even gave mineral water! The most warmest welcome I've experienced and so understanding as our dog is I'll at GARS and we didn't know how long we'd be here for but the team need not worry us as they understood. Highly recommend location and cleanliness. Mum got lost and locked out the cleaning staff couldn't have helped more! So pleasant and caring. High 5s!! Oh the availability to have my support dog with me and having the hotels blessings really does save a lot of hassle! Purrfect!

Perhaps more blankets cos the weather but the air con in the room is awesome!!!!!! Just remember to shut the balcony door 😂🤣😄

The breakfast pack is great and nicely presented and the contents were a great selection. Great value for money. Very nice rooms.

Not impressed in handling of the $100 security deposit refund. I rang late today as I noticed it hadn’t been reversed and merely told when they get a chamce to inspect the room they will refund it. No one takes this long to do it - it is usually done at checkout. Staff were nice but too complacent in their jobs and not great at all with help to major local venues.

Loved the location, my husband had major surgery at St John of God hospital, literally 3 mins walk. nice cafes and eating places close by loved Honey right near hospital and nice food and I did some Christmas shopping. there. Foodworks close by. Apartment was perfect, had everything I needed. Washing facilities, drying facilities. Cooking and full-sized fridge. Comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space. The reception staff were amazing before and during stay.

Only negative was the lack of mopping tiles in bathroom and kitchen area. I was there for 6 days and nights. Didn't happen I have notified Management, if they don't know they cannot manage this.

I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment with my 2 year old border collie and I absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was clean and spacious, and had a large balcony so very pet friendly! The yoga lawn and facilities (including gym) on level 13 were also well appreciated. A hotel experience I got to enjoy with my puppy! Had a great stay.

Parking was a little expensive ($25 a night) on top of the expenses of the stay. I would have also loved to see a cafe or dining room service option - not a massive issue however, as the hotel is very closely located to CBD Geelong & a foodworks.

The quality of the rooms and interior design of the space was very nice. The staff upon check-in were also great, we felt very welcome, especially with our dogs.

When booking via booking.com it doesn't have a section to say you are bringing your dog or the additional costs associated with this option. Given there is a limited allocation of rooms for pet-friendly stays, i think this is important prior to arrival and checking in. Not a big issue but the dishwasher wasn't run well or emptied after the previous stay.

Your reception team is exceptional. I found them helpful professional interested genuine humorous kind and gentle well versed and knowledgeable! Your bed was an easy dreamed to drift away on and your rain shower an inspiration to start each day in. Lighting was thoughtful. The balcony for fresh air was welcome. Your cleaner does a good job. Please provide gloves for cleaning to prevent STD contamination. The carpet is a beautiful neutral colour. It does need a shampoo around the edges of the bed more often. Every other quality of the room was perfect such as the scrumptious clean white sheets and pillowcases, the thoughtful kitchen utensils and cook ware and the calm zen pictures on the walls!
