Very clean and modern high end decor, it has a wow factor as soon as you walk in - it is even better than the internet description. It was centrally located near the cricket field and great dining etc. The walkout to the courtyard was an added bonus. It had all that was needed for any length of stay. A wonderful booking.
Nothing really the only small item would be to include a few pods of coffee for the high end coffee machine although there was plenty of other tea and coffee provided in the apartment we couldn’t find a store with the coffee pods to buy. But, really the place was amazing and had a wow factor from the moment you walked in so, it is difficult to find anything wrong

I was delighted to spend 3 nights with family. The staff and the duty manager in specific are super friendly and helpful even though it was a public holiday. Rooms are super clean and spacious. It was equipped with all what we needed including washing machines, dish washers, dryers and kitchen stuff. Highly recommended!
The entry to the car park is a bit tricky but if you follow the instructions sent by email, you should be fine.

Location near by tram stop and train station. Easily walkable to MCG and Aami Park as well as a good variety of shops, supermarkets and cafes. High level of cleanliness as well as friendly staff.
There was a group having a party above us until midnight on the Saturday night, while there was an "emergency assistance" number provided I was reluctant to call as I wasn't sure if this was its appropriate use. Another gripe I also often have with apartment hotels is that while they provide kitchen facilities and utensils, they don't provide any kitchen staples. A small bottle of oil, some butter and salt and pepper would have gone a long way. Another small thing is that it would be better if the doors automatically locked, as I found the doors quite finnicky.

Beds were comfortable the kitchen was well equiped with pots pans and utensils to cook with. The television was good the bathrooms were clean neat and tidy and the shower pressure was exceptional.
Was a little noisy at night but to be fair it was coming from outside and we were on level 1 and it was Friday night and people were partying late into the night. Also a bit strange how the gym was hidden in the carpark and I had no way of finding it until reception came back on after 9am in the morning.

The actual living spaces, bedroom and bathroom were amazing and so was the size and security of the balcony. Bedrooms were an amazing size and nicely separated! I do think beds could be comfier considering the $1275 price. Hotel staff were absolutely lovely and more than accommodating!
Kitchen didn’t have many cups, glasses, cutlery ect. Or necessities like paper towel which was a bit tricky to deal with considering we booked for 6 people and had 2-3 come for pre drinks before dinner. TV in the lounge room was quite small.

The location was perfect for us. We went to Australia for the Australian open. The apartment was a 8 min walk to the tennis center. Our apartment on the 4th floor (401) is a corner unit with views of a park across the street. The park is a great place to take a stroll. There is also a botanical garden close by which is amazing! There is a little coffee shop/bakery on the botanical grounds. There is also soccer and rugby field directly across from the tennis center. The apartment is 40 min walk to downtown Melbourne. A 5 min walk in the other direction was a street lined with restaurants and a grocery store. At night you can see downtown Melbourne all lit up it was amazing! The apartment is a one bedroom unit with a kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a small balcony with a small table and two chairs. It was a clean and comfortable space for the 2 of us. Chloe at the front desk was awesome. We were early for the Checkin time but the apartment was ready. Chloe gave us a quick run down on the neighborhood. There isn’t any security on the entrance to the building but you can only access the elevator with the key fob. One thing we learned was that the apartment door does not automatically lock when you leave so be sure to use the key to lock up.
The street in front of the apartment was a busy area so there is some street noise. It didn’t bother me at all. I think if you wanted less noise you should ask for an apartment on the other side of the building.

Scandinavian designed room. Certainly everything we needed. Clean, neat, comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Great location for us - close to Swan St shops, the botanical gardens and sports facilities. Very grateful for the early check in.
The road noise. The view is great over to parkland beyond Punt Rd, but the noise from traffic made sleeping well difficult.

Location & convenience to entertainment venues is always great.We always stay here when attending events in the Entertainment/Sporting precinct. Very convenient to the train station & a wide range of places to eat & drink. The receptionist was lovely & nothing was too much trouble.
We had a couple of issues with items in the room (ie: hair-dryer & window blind) which may be a bit of an indication that more minor maintenance needs to be done.

Beautiful apartment. Price for 1 night seems expensive but the apartment was very large and centrally located. Better milk options would be perfect but that is being very cheeky! Tiny milks are essentially useless. There was mix up with access 2 second bedroom however the guy on reception was fab and fixed it quick sticks. he also guided us into the parking lot via phone as it was a little tricky to figure out - Google maps did stitch us up slightly!

The location was great. We stayed here for the event at Centrepiece, and it was only 15 min walk to the venue and 10 min walk to the Richmond shops on Swan St. The room was very clean and comfortable with great view. We had a bit of noise from the main street, but it was acceptable.
Hair dryer was hit and miss. We could have asked for a new one from the reception but did not have chance to do so. I wish they provided a cooking pot in the room. We had only a massive frying pan.
