great location if you need to be close to Epworth comfy bed, great supply of utensils in the kitchen easy access to restaurants

Biscuits would have been nice after long trip! Real milk would have been appreciated instead of UHT sheets were too small for the bed, so it got a bit uncomfortable parking was not as straightforward as I would have liked

The 2 bedroom apartment with balcony was perfect for our needs. Loved being able to sit in the sun on the balcony during the day and see the city lights at night. Beds were very comfortable and the layout of the kitchen and bathroom and lounge flowed well. The location was ideal for easy access to the city and surrounds and to restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful to meet all our needs. There was also easy access to a cupboard near reception to top up on coffee pods and bathroom essentials etc as needed at anytime of day or night.

There was nothing we didn't like.

convenient location, was all new and smelt and felt new. No smell of smoke and no grime anywhere. I was impressed with the feeling of cleanliness and newness and everything worked well. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great! It was good how you could grab extra supplies in the lobby and the outdoor deck was good, nice view of the city. air-conditioning was good and fully controllable.

Trying to think if I have any constructive criticism? The sink tap was slightly loose, but no big deal, the room doors did not have any hold open latch, so you kind of had to open and close it when you were taking things into the lobby.

The location to MCG was amazing!! Stayed for Taylor Swift concert and could walk everywhere. The staff left us some friend bracelets for the concert which was a very nice touch!! Excellent little bottle shop across the street and a good pizza place a few doors down. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The little kitchen area had a fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee pod machine. Simple, clean and convenient. Would definitely stay again if I was headed to the MCG.

Over view was of a brick wall. Huge window though with lots of natural light just zero outlook. We were on the second floor room 205.

Everything! It was close to the work office and yummy food and coffee! The room was perfect! It had coffee pods as well as sugar!! It had plates and cups and fully stocked cutlery draw!! The fridge was super cool!!

Not really a negative but I tried to cast to the tv to watch Disney+ from my phone.. it was a little choppy.. the connection to the wi-fi wasn't user friendly either.. I wasn't sure exactly how to connect in the beginning.. after a few tries.. I got on to the wi-fi and then connected to the Google TV to cast.. it didn't work.. I had to download the movie on my phone first then connect to watch on the tv..

The property was spotless! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. There were extra bags, laundry powder, and dishwashing powder as well as manual dishwashing supplies. The staff were amazing and very accomodating and we really don’t have any reason to complain about the property itself. We will definitely make this our preferred hotel from now on.

Not a fault of the hotel but an FYI. The lack of parking was tricky. The two car parks on the website need to be updated as one does not exist anymore and the other is down a very tight lane and was littered with broken glass and no clear signs of where to park. Google reviews also show a lot of people being fined for parking in the wrong park. You can park at the coles car park just down the road for $12 as long as you don’t want to leave after 11pm. We left at 8am on the Saturday and the reception does not open until 9am. We were not sure about where to leave the key (we arrived right before they left so we should have thought to ask) so maybe they could update the information paper they give to guests to include this. Again not a complaint just an FYI :)

This is simply a fabulous hotel whose management has the rare skill of employing absolutely first-rate people. Robert at the front desk is simply the best!! The lovely lady who comes in after hours, who is studying International Relations, is a further example of the quality of the people working here to ENSURE guests have a friendly and fabulous stay. Added to that, the housekeeping staff are first rate and finally, the coffee lounge on the ground floor, Haus Espresso, served the best coffee we had in Melbourne as well as being the most friendly people. Great too for a quick snack.

This is a fantastic modern, clean, well-appointed and competitively priced accommodation close to the CBD. The service from the manager/owner was superb. There was a small commercial Cafe connected to the hotel which provided great coffee and light refreshments. I really liked this place and look forward to coming back as a repeat business traveller to Melbourne.

The Wifi password didn't work for me. I didn't have time to sort this out but used data instead. Not a big issue though.

Perfect location for us right beside the Epworth. Reception staff were friendly & very helpful. Studio room was very clean and well set out, and had everything we needed & more! We had to stay an extra night with little notice and the Manager’s assistance was exceptional in enabling us to stay in the same room, which was very much appreciated.

Difficult to find anything to dislike. If we were to be really picky I’d say the bottom of the shower door needs some mould remover but other than that the room was very clean. There’s no onsite parking so you have to juggle timed on street parking but we knew that before booking.

A few metres away from a Epworth hospital. Perfect if you travel from afar for a procedure or have a loved one to visit. Clean and comfortable with all basic amenities provided. Easy check in and check out. Also very close to the MCG. Just a short walk down Bridge Road. Has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes to pick from. Trams and taxi rank right outside the door.

No parking on site, but information provided to car parks within 50-200metres at most. Was able to get a park easily while in football traffic. As this is in the CBD you will hear noise from trams and cars, but this is of course expected if you book accomodation in the CBD.
