The location was brilliant for getting to the MCG for a footy match. Also close to great eating places and everything you might need. Plus it looked out over a leafy quiet side street, which was a surprise I didn't expect with this central location. We also were able to park our car safely and easily (for an extra charge, but it was reasonable). It also had a very well equipped kitchenette - I wish we could have stayed longer to make use of it, would be great for a few days when you want to do some of your own meals. It's in a lovely older building, beautifully renovated - and the bed was very comfortable. The manager was really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We'll be back!

It's not a complaint, just a suggestion... it would have been lovely to have some complimentary biscuits to have with a cuppa when we first arrived (rather than the soft drink in the fridge, which we don't drink - but others would have appreciated that).

We were in town for Taylor Swift, so were very lucky to have booked Quest East Melbourne - only a 10 minute walk from our room to Gate 2 at the 'G! I had some accommodation requirements which I was assured would be met (they were!) thanks to the lovely staff. Every interaction was friendly and positive - from time of booking, until check out. The hotel itself, and our room was clean, comfortable and well presented. We had a cute little balcony which allowed for cool breeze to come through the room as we got ready for the concert. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

No complaints, the hotel definitely met our needs/requirements! Would definitely stay again!

Firstly the air-con was fabulous! Keep me cool and well rested in between our conference. Easy access in and out of building Good location from our conference venue Quiet

Only thing on check we were expecting a receptionist to be available to call a taxi for us unfortunately there was no receptionist even though it states in the motels signage that one would be there between 7am - 11pm. We were at reception at 7.30am-8am before another taxi picking up a guest called another taxi for us Other than that thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I love everything about the property. The furnishing is new & elegant looking. The room is just so comfortable that I feel like staying in all day. The staff, especially Elena has been extremely helpful. She allowed early check in & let me leave my luggage there in between my short trips so I don’t need to keep moving with my huge & heavy luggage. She has been very accommodating & quick in her response. Location is good too! I choose to take hot air balloon ride the next day, which requires me to be at Pullman Melbourne on the Park at 3.35am. Quest East is just about 5 mins walk away, & certainly priced quite reasonably. I’ll certainly come back again if I’m back to Melbourne in future.

I loved the rooftop - very nice!! Also liked that i was given coffee pods, coke and timtams - that was a very nice gesture and the front reception staff were lovey.

The cards to get in were so sensitive and i always carry earpods, phone, coins etc in my handbag. I was lucky to not get locked out! I could hear the elevator and tram but not much could be done about that! I did pop a blanket down near the crack of the door and it muffled the sound a bit. Overall was great though

The receptionist was incredibly helpful to me. I walked in after driving through really bad Sunday afternoon traffic. I could not believe the hotel did not have parking available and explained my surprising since I asked in advance. She told me they only have 3 spots - all individual garages but that they had an agreement with 2 nearby hotels to use their garages. I was very hot and tired and did not want to walk the 500m back from either location. At that point, she offered me her parking spot - right out front of the hotel. WOW. That is real customer service.

Location location location. Walking distance to restaurants, bridge rd, MCG, Rod Laver. Clean, very comfortable, perfect for a few nights in Melbourne. I would like to high commend Suran on such a wonderful checkin experience. Beautiful personality, so warm friendly and funny. Made our experience so much better. Also the lovely Elena on checkout. So lovely. The best check in experience I have ever had at any accomodation.

Nothing, it was great!

The roof garden is an awesome unique feature. Rooms are very nicely done especially at this price point.

The check in window is too small for a hotel. I advised in advance that I would not be able to make it due to a late flight and requested a key be left out if possible. They said they could accomodate for $150?! I declined. Later I discover they have a dedicated lockbox for this sort of thing. So what’s the deal with this attempted charge? I actually ended up forfeiting my first nights accomodation with them and booking a different hotel because they only sent lockbox instructions at the last minute… Bizarre customer service blunder, otherwise great hotel.

Situated just east of the centre of Melbourne. Close to the Cricket Ground and other sports arenas. Tram stops are just across from the hotel to take you into the city centre. Parking costs $20 to get a permit to park right in front of the hotel. We asked for an early check in and they happily obliged. All the items in the fridge were complementary and were a God send as we needed milk. Large room was clean and fresh , the bathroom was a bit smaller, but fine.

When we arrived we were given the key to a room and went up in the elevator with our cases etc. We could hardly manoeuvre along the corridor , due to the cleaners trolleys, sheets, bedclothes etc. When we got to our room it was very apparent that it had not been cleaned as yet. The receptionist apologised profusely for the mistake and we were offered a couple of bottles of beer as recompense . There was no need to do this , but it was appreciated. If we had checked in at the correct time I'm sure that this room would have been ready for us. We got the key to another room and as you can see above, we were happy with it. The only other gripe was that the TV in the room was so small and far away from the bed, it was practically impossible to watch

Staff were super friendly. Room was spacious. Had complimentary bar drinks. Excellent location for MCG concert attendance, so quick and easy to get to. Rooftop patio would have been great for a BBQ.

Bathroom was small and the sliding door ridiculously hard to open and close. We did raise it on our second day but I'm not sure if anyone looked at it as it was still really hard to move. But was one of the only negatives.
