Well appointed for a 5 night stay and serviced each day. Great view from my room , air con so cool,balcony . Big shower and comfy bed. Kitchen great for cooking and walk to eateries ,supermarkets ,Vic market ,QV and central station

The tiny dishwashing sachets were hard to open and the dishwasher tablets don't fit the dishwasher properly. Bathroom has worst lighting. So dark , shaving was a problem and couldn't do makeup. Needs better lighting.

The cleaner did a poor job. Room was never cleaned properly in the one week stay. Trash left deliberately on the floor and around the room was never cleaned up, face basin in bathroom was left dirty the entire time, water drainage from sink ran slowly and left marks in the sink which was never cleaned. Body wash not replaced unless requested, floor left unswept. Very very poor housekeeping service.

I love the room, got cleaned everyday, the scenery was incredible, had a tv in our bedroom which loved that it had Netflix too, beautiful balcony.

Hmmm there wasn’t an exhaust fan in bathroom, so when having a shower the steam would just drip and the toliet was leaking a bit, we did let the staff know.

The location and views were incredible as we love the Victoria Markets and easy transport choices

Was that maintained to a high standard on our floor .. the room was very clean and the bed so comfortable and we had good space for a 5 night stay

Great location, the apartment and the building was overall very clean. Loved the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area. Was close to everything in CBD. It is a great place to stay as a family. Would definitely be booking there the next time we travel to Melbourne.

Parking was very close to the building but was a public car park therefore had to pay every time we took the car out. Even though the hotel has a deal with the car park and we get 25% discount, it would be better to have the option of overnight parking with multiple entries and exits to make it easier and pay once.

Wonderful. We were on the 68th floor and had beautiful views of the city. This was a highlight and worth the extra few dollars. Beds and pillows were comfortable. One bed was softer and the other firmer. Kitchen had most of what we needed. Room was quiet, we didn't hear anyone else. Staff went beyond expectations when cleaning our room each day. The pool and spa were a highlight, especially for the kids. Sauna and steam room weren't working but we weren't too bothered. Location is excellent. There are mini supermarkets within 2 minutes walk in any direction. Plus, a big shopping centre with restaurants only a 5 minute walk. We (including 5 and 8 year old) loved it and would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel doesn't have parking but there is a parking lot a short walk away. This felt horrendous when we first arrived with 2 young kids and lots of luggage however, it was worth it in the end because the hotel is so great. The parking is expensive (hotel provides discount vouchers though) and is a VERY TIGHT SQUEEZE to drive in/out and park. We managed though.

The view and location was amazing, honestly just wanted to stay inside the hotel and look out the window all night. The pool was also lovely, same as the spa. It was the perfect size for me and my partner and the staff were very helpful and approachable. We had a late check in so also met with the security guard who also helped us out. Will most likely be staying here again :)

The only thing would be the bathroom being tiny, we didn’t need extra space and we had a short stay so it was fine but it was easy to get claustrophobic and kept hitting my foot against the door stop on accident.

The shower door seal was a bit shoddy and caused the bathroom to flood a bit every time we took a shower. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent, we’d ask for our room to be serviced but it wasn’t done well, we had to make the beds ourselves and was our own towels. Also reception closes at 7 so we were checked in by a night auditor. Was friendly but unable to give us an extra key, and also took a photocopy of my credit card which felt very insecure, surely they can do pre authorisations after hours…
