Great location with great views. Room was modern, with a comfy bed. Great price as well

The shower door seal was a bit shoddy and caused the bathroom to flood a bit every time we took a shower. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent, we’d ask for our room to be serviced but it wasn’t done well, we had to make the beds ourselves and was our own towels. Also reception closes at 7 so we were checked in by a night auditor. Was friendly but unable to give us an extra key, and also took a photocopy of my credit card which felt very insecure, surely they can do pre authorisations after hours…

checkin - we were late check in and had to have our credit card and licence photocopied. was not happy about that considering we had already provided cc details online. Also the security deposit seemed excessive and 5 days later we have still not been credited that amount back

Loved the view, especially the corner window in the bedroom. Spectacular sunrises The pool and spa were large. Location was almost opposite the markets and a short walk to Melbourne central. There was a good bar downstairs with cocktails and free pool on Sundays I liked that there was a reception to check in, rather than some places where you have your pick up a key from a locker somewhere

Minor things would be the kitchen equipment. It was fine for us on a short stay, but wouldn’t suit a long stay where you planned to cook lots of meals. there were 3 out of 4 lifts working while we were there. We never had to wait long but there were a few occasions where it stopped at several floors on the way down and took some time to get to ground.

68th floor Skye Apartment - the view of Melbourne city was immaculate - the apartment was clean and very comfortable - especially the bed! The shower was hot and strong. Was equipped with everything we needed for the few days we were in the city. Only heard other occupants if slamming doors closed - otherwise very quiet. Reception staff always very helpful and courteous - easy access with the key/card. Held our bags while we explored the area, then called us when check-in was ready.

not a deterrent - but the time it took for elevators to the 68th floor -understandably. The toilet roll holder is a little too close for comfort when sitting - but there really isnt anywhere else to put it - bathroom is quite compact. Nothing else to nit-pick.

Location was excellent, close to central station. Very comfy bed. We asked for a room with a view and we were given an apartment on the top floor with corner windows and an amazing view of the city! Thank you so much!

No shower gel in the bathroom. The bathroom vanity was a funny shape and had little surface area - no space to put toothbrushes etc. There are two lifts going from the ground floor to the 69th floor which were always busy, resulting in several long waits.

Room was as online, view was excellent, and clean!

It was not clear whilst booking, that car parking was NOT included, I would go as far as saying it was misleading. Due to this fact, we did not use the car as much as we would have normally, and for our two night stay we paid around $120.00, to think we did overlook other accomodation that did have free parking was a shame. Only having two out of the four lifts working, and then down to one lift when the other working lift was being used for service call, did not help, and waiting times for lifts were too long.

Sky apartment is AMAZING. If you dont like Heights, I wouldn't book. Waking up to those views every day was heavenly. The enclosed balcony I loved could still open a window safely. I took my two small grandchildren and daughter so being enclosed, Children could enjoy it with us, without any safety problems. The pool and spa were perfect, went to spa with kids every night, but they should have used non slip tiles around areas as they are really dangerous (classy) but dangerous . I've travelled a bit and this one was a very memorable stay. Ps. Bottle shop at entry of the hotel was so handy we were there every night 😉 and nicest guy works there. Also across road was so great!

Although I put a yes on our door to have room cleaned and stocked, it didn't happen sadly in 4 days. Our towels and rubbish piled up and we used our aldi bags for rubbish and tissues for toilet paper. The staff did apologise and tried to ring me later about it but I was going through airport at time so we had to hang up. They said they would call back but didn't. But I don't want this to put anyone off it was an AMAZING stay we had the best time!

Great location for everything, a block from free tram stop, shops on your doorstep, Victoria market, restaurants and more. Property was clean, serviced daily and all staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities - spa, pool, sauna and steam room were fantastic. The biggest spa pool ever! The views are amazing, out across the CBD with no other buildings blocking the view. We were on the 68th floor and absolutely loved it every minute - couldn’t be happier!!
