Within the free tram zone, the location was just perfect to visit Melbourne by walk or by tram. Right next door the Queen Victoria market and ww metro for quick groceries. The room was spotless and well designated to fit a family of four. Daily housekeeping. There is an underground parking $30 per night, first in best dressed. Will definitely come back.

At busy times the swimming spool was very crowded not very relaxing.

Helpful concierge on arrival (Connor). Hotel was just around the corner from tram stop & within free tram zone. Pool & spa good size. Jug of water & clean glasses were always on the bar for your use. Tip: if you want bottled water, go to the gym on 1st floor & refill your drink bottles there. I had difficulty scanning QR code on TV for my Netflix account, but kind young concierge came to room to sort it for me. Convenience store next door for essentials & getting Myki card & getting cash from ATM.

Every day we had to ask concierge for more shampoos (1 small tube provided not enough if you're washing your hair after the gym/pool) & dish washing liquid (1 sachet per day provided by the cleaner). Kitchen was very poorly equipped (nothing to put foods in to heat in microwave). Very few clothes hangers but concierge did organise more. Safe was stupidly put on floor of wardrobe (had to lie on the floor to use it!)

We asked for the Gaming or Cars room and got Jungle. I doubt anyone ever asks for Jungle and it was ok but disappointing that we booked so far in advance. The pool continued to have no towels everytime we went down there and kept having to ask for some to be bought down. The bed was so wobbly that any movement I woke instantly so exhausted by the end of 3 nights. Would have expected more from $1400 but we had a nice time

The location was excellent, right next to Victoria Market and a two minute walk to several tram routes, including the 35 circle line. The room was well laid out, was clean and serviced daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A small metro supermarket is very nearby.. The on-site bar had a happy hour daily. Would certainly recommend and would stay again. Great spa and pool.

Written Instructions to work the microwave would be helpful, as would a TV system that older guests might be able to use with access to ordinary TV channels., especially sport. An extra chair suitable for sitting on to eat at the desk would be good.

-The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Special thanks to Maria who welcomed us warmly and provided advice on transportation within the city. - I wrote to the hotel two days before my trip with questions and got a response from Kayah within minutes. - The twin studio room was very clean. - The property is located close to transport (train, tram bus) and restaurants.

- There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom/toilet. We had to keep the bathroom exhaust fun running whenever we were in the room. - We were on the second floor and the view of the city was blocked by a building. - The toilets located near the dining area were not clean.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the heart of Melbourne CBD, close to the Flagstaff station and walking distance from Melbourne Central station. The view from the room to the skyscrapers of CBD was fantastic. Being an apart'hotel, it has excellent facilities such as fully equipped kitchen, working desk, and the hotel also had a heated spa poll and small gym. The area has access to lots of great restaurants nearby as well as a park. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

On the first night, on arrival after a 13 hour bus trip, I had to climb up and down the stairs to the 11th floor twice as the fire alarm went off due to some false alarm. For such a large hotel with kitchen facilities, maybe a floor-wise smoke alarm and a pre-monitoring of alarms could help avoid such repeated inconvenience.

Location was good with Queen Victoria market 5min walk and Woolworths on the corner. Swimming pool, gym and spa pool were fantastic. Staff were very nice. Handy having car parking on site $30/day. Nice having the restaurant and bar onsite, but plenty of restaurants close by. Rooms were comfortable and spacious (2 x 2 bedroom apartments) and had everything we needed to cook in the room. We requested a high floor and both rooms close together which was given, so happy about that.

Didn’t try the buffet breakfast as it was too expensive for all 5 of us. The block out blinds were broken in a couple of the rooms and just a bit of dust in the room, otherwise we had a great stay.

On check-in Jonty was fabulous. Polite, very helpful and friendly. Thanks Jonty. Breakfast was really good, we loved the buffet. The pool and spa were amazing, we loved the extra towels available. We received essential items in the bathroom such as toothbrushes and toothpaste set and shaving sets, which was a surprise. We were even able to order more when we ran out. Great service! The kettle leaked. However, when notifying the team on the virtual assistant, it was replaced within 30minutes - exceptional service ensuring the safety of their guests. Would love an option to change the bed configuration to 2 x singles/queen or king. Especially for families travelling.

The room was a little out-dated and did have marks on the walls. A scrubbing brush, vegetable peeler and scissors would of been handy in the kitchen area. Our first night we were awoken to loud banging noises from 1am-1.30am. They were extremely loud and woke everyone up including the children. If it went on for any longer I would of called reception to complain, but another guest may have bet me too it as we didn't have any noise the following night.

Loved this apartment. Loved the washing machine! Was fantastic. Super easy to use and did short quick cycles. Apartment was really good size clean efficient with great balcony and view. The gentleman from Wow homes was brilliant. He emailed me prior to stay and communicated on whats app before I arrived. He was excellent . Gave me fantastic instructions on accessing apartment. Made whole checking in and out super easy. Great value for money, good location. 5min walk to jalal al nor, massive pool on roof with gym and brilliant views.

The staff was always very attentive to me and my needs. The place itself is lovely, with plenty of space to feel comfortable. It has great kitchen essentials, a comfortable bed, and, when you have a view of the sky, it’s even nicer.

One downside is that they don’t provide proper shampoo, conditioner, or hand/body wash soap. The same goes for basic cleaning supplies—there’s a kitchen to cook (which is great), but no detergent, sponge, or anything to clean up with. Even a small pouch would be helpful. Additionally, some rooms can feel quite closed in, which might be an issue if you’re a bit claustrophobic.
