I absolutely love Milano apartments and I always stay there when I am in Melbourne. I also recommended Milano to several of my friends and I will continue recommending Milano to everyone. To me, the blue pillows make everything look exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing whilst the grayish pillows not so much. Next time I stay in Milano, I will surely request to have all pillows blue.

All small issues mentioned in the reviews submitted by other travelers are real and Milano should attempt to fix them. I personally don't care about small annoying details but others do, apparently.

Great location, within free tram zone - easy to travel from/to city centre. Good quality room - Our two bedrooms apartment was the same as shown in booking.com Comfy beds & accessible balcony. Very helpful staff. Excellent value & very good price at that time. Late checkout option.

Bit disorganised in term of booking for the overnight car park. I've requested overnight car park via booking.com, but the staff missed it. The instruction in the paper also wasn't very clear - so had to trial & error little bit. The online self check-in web tried to charge the full amount booking again (which I already paid via booking.com) - so I skipped it and did check-in directly at the receptionist desk instead. I wish there are temporary car park bays for us to check-in/check-out.

Excellent location. Great pool and gym facilities - small, but nice. Amazing view from the balcony and main bedroom windows. Staff were responsive to all requests.

There was an issue with the wifi that meant we did not have access to it during our stay. To be fair, they tried to rectify the problem by installing additional hardware, then offered to move us to another room. By that stage, we were just over 24 hours into our stay - we had settled the kids into the room (clothes and kitchenette items everywhere), and there was no guarantee that we would move into a room of equal quality (we really liked the view), or even in the same building (the pool and gym were really nice and convenient). We hope this is rectified for subsequent visitors, as apart from this, the room was perfect for our purpose.

I love its location, as it is within the free tram zone, and I can find my way around the CBD with ease. I also like that it is situated next to Aldi, (although it was shut on the 13/1 early due to construction works.)

I stay there a lot, so are very accustomed to using the Milano Apartments. However, this time I had my family visiting from overseas with me. We ran out of toilet paper; I parked my car and occurred a fee plus an additional bond. I usually use the Milano Apartments for work when I come to the city. The cost was significantly more for this visit perhaps a return customers loyalty card might be warranted. If you were wanting to make additional improvements, a temporary parking bay outside the carpark driveway would allow customers to collect keys and get information on how to use the parking facilities without causing discomfort to others. I still would use Milano apartments as my choice of short stay accommodation when staying in the CBD!

The apartment is spacious, has a nice view and is conveniently located in walking distance to Victoria Market, Melbourne Central Station and the free cable car line, CBD, Chinatown, shopping malls and restaurants. There’s a ALDI next door. Due to the building site in front of the house, taxi pickup/drop-off was a little difficult. Everything was prepared nicely for us. There were soaps and shampoo, a hairdryer, dishwashing liquid and sponge, etc. We had asked for an early check in. As the room wasn’t ready in time, the price was calculated very fair without even asking for it. We could store our luggage and use the waiting time for a little stroll to Victoria Market.

Only downside: The mattress of the sofa bed is totally insufficient. Every spring can be felt.

Location was great, the apartment was quite nice in general, The staff member that I mainly dealt with was polite even though she was under the pump an trying to deal with alot all at once. But over all it was a pleasant stay. Value for money, an Close to the hospital that I needed for an important appointment, An YES I WOULD DEFENITELY RETURN😊

What I didn't like at all was the bed which was 2 single mattress's, There is also extreme road works happening outside the building which is fine but not being told before hand I think is a bit rude as they run till very late hours, Also upon check out you need to get your car out of paid parking before you can actually check out. Which was frustrating as I had a baby with me so we had to go find a car park somewhere (which wasn't easy with road closures an roadworks) An then hike back in time to check out. Maybe they need to change it a little so you can check out an then go to your car an leave by automatic sensor for exiting, or even a windows side button to let you exit. And also the manager could at least smile at her guests.!!

View was absolutely stunning!! Facilities were great! Kept the kids entertained the whole time

In the scheme of things - I can't really complain with value for money - although the couple of dissapointments are simply minor but still a little frustrating ... *Beds were extraordinarily uncomfortable - and simply just 2 single beds literally tied together by the legs. *No instructions for washing machine - spent entire day and night trying to dry clothes and ended up having to take soggy clothes home ... *Minimal bed linen supplied ... No warmth in it at all and the 1 extra blanket didn't help the other guests sleeping in other bed/S *No towels provided in pool area and you don't realise until you need them ... *No sponges or dish soap or tea towel or broom provided to keep room tidy

Room was exactly like the pictures and what I expected it to be. Bed was decent, it was a good size. Bathroom was nice and hotel was clean. Lobby was very pretty, probably my favourite thing about the hotel. Jacuzzi and pool were really nice, used that almost every night.

Couch had a rip in it and wasn't a cotton material so was very cold. Aircon wasn't the best, put it on the highest it could go and the room was still a bit chilly. Balcony was smaller than I expected. Bed felt like it was 2 single beds put together end of the bed was a bit hard. There was only shampoo in the bathroom, was relying on having both shampoo and conditioner in there. Bedside lamp wasn't working which was annoying. Space in the room was a bit squishy because of the table, it took up a bit of space.

The property was great. The pool and spa was good and the location is fantastic. Central to everything.

The only bad experience was the girl on the desk. We arrived early and asked to store our luggage which she advised they don’t do and sent me away. I came back and asked if we could check in early which I was charged $35 and happy to pay as it seemed reasonable. The whole interaction was me promoting her for support and although she was very busy, her customer service was pretty terrible. Disappointed to come past multiple times to see other guests luggage being stored behind the counter and being advertised on the guest handout as a service they offer.

This booking was for a 2 bedroom apartment - it was on 20th floor - good view. Spacious. Good kitchen area with oven. Furniture in good condition.

We extended our stay for another 8 days/to a 1 bedroom apartment. Definitely a lot poorer apartment. First was on 10th floor/so many substandard items + cleanliness we got moved to 8th floor 1 bed. Unfortunately only marginally better. Feel 1 bedroom apartments have all the old furniture/fittings. No oven - just combo microwave + hotplate. Defo wld do 2 bedroom apartments only again
