Pool and gym was good. The facilities in the apartment were good We enjoyed our stay overall.

Twice we came back to our appartnment, and the door was unlocked- the Saturday and the Sunday. I was not happy about this at all. On the Sunday, I made sure the door was locked before I left- this isn't acceptable. When we were departing, my children were taking luggage out to the car, only for the front desk to tell them "you should've been checked out by now"- regardless of any protocols, telling someone "what they should've done" whilst they are doing it is absolutely pointless, and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, and ability to read a situation. Completely unecessary.

The location was great with easy access to the trams

The cleanliness was not so great with water bottles charges sanitary items all found under a bed in our apartment. The foyer when we arrived Monday had the same rubbish etc on the floor when we left on Thursday. No one had vacuumed the lobby.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the market, train station and surrounding areas so very easy to get around. Apartment was clean, comfy and had all facilities you could need. Great service from reception team as I asked to keep apartment on last day until 1830 as we had a very late flight back home to UK and wanted to keep apartment until our taxi picked us up. John on reception advised he could move us from our 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom apartment at 11am. All ok and when I reconfirmed with another lady (apologies I didn't catcher her name) she very kindly let us stay in the 2 bedroom apartment to save us packing and moving! Very much appreciated

Getting access to our apartment was a little eventful. As we landed late on Sunday reception was closed. We were sent whatsapp instructions with a code to get through the door and then a code to open locker for our key. The code for the front door didn't work but as luck would have it someone was about to enter and they let us in. We then stepped a good 10 minutes trying to figure out how to open the box that contained our door key. A little extra information would have been helpful

The location was fantastic. Just a 5 minutes walk and you’re right in the middle of the city. The property really was spacious and comfortable. The property was really like a home, well equipped with everything. Definitely suitable for travelers who are looking for additional facilities such as kitchenette, washer and dryer etc.

Understand it’s a limited service property, so do take note it doesn’t come with housekeeping if you stay less than a week. Took us a while to figure out the WiFi password since there was multiple directions and miscommunications. The air-conditioned was also not working despite checking with the reception multiple times. Thankfully the weather was cooling so we could just open the window throughout the stay. Besides the miscommunication, everything else was great. Hope they could improve on this.

It was in a good location and we had the 2 bed and 2 bathrooms, so the apartment was spacious enough for us. The location has a vibrant feeling but not noisy like other parts of the CBD. Lots of food places around and shopping if that's your thing. Pool, spa and sauna were great and never crowded.

The reception desk seemed to be rarely manned, and so it was hard to ask questions. We were also hoping to leave our bags when we checked out but there was no one around to ask. We found a solution but it would have been easier if we had a solution there. There were always a lot of people milling around near the front door in reception as well, which was a little odd. None of these were major issues.

The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable, we would be happy there for an extended stay. Great views from level 36! It is in a great location close to tram stops and two major train stations, walking distance to The Queen Vic Market and plenty of cafes and places to eat. The property has a well equip kitchen with full cooking facilities and fridge, washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Make sure you check out the common areas on level 5 and level 7 has a pool, spas and sauna - all open from 6am til 10pm.

Take spare towels with you if you plan on swimming. Though our check in notes said that we could request extra towels, coffee etc - "anything we needed".... this was not the case. I rang the number and was told to use the washer and dryer in the apartment. This is a residential tower and though we were respectful with noise - residents were not - slamming doors were very noisy.... keep this in mind if you have young children that are woken easily.

Spacious and good room layout with an amazing view on level 43. We stayed for 10 nights and felt like home. The concierge, Kristen, kindly assisted us with a request to stay in the same room under two separate bookings. We would stay here again.

The shower was tiny and had no door, so half of the bathroom gets wet every time you shower. There is only a rain shower head option. You have to request toilet paper, as the room came with just a couple of rolls for over a week-long stay.

The concierge on our last day was amazing and SO helpful and didn't complain once about storing or accessing bags once we checked out. She was lovely and kind. Loved the location.

The shower set up is not good, too much water splashes onto the floor and it was wet near the toilet. We went down to reception for extra towels and a different staff wasn't as helpful said to text her and she will bring. It was nearly 1.5hr later she delivered and we were already out...just be great to have this stuff easily accessible if needed. Also noticed hallways on level 23 carpets very dirty and gives unpleasant feel. Apartment was lovely though

Lack of permanent reception staff.

The property was clean & spacious. There were 3 of us visiting melbourne for a small trip & it was perfect for us. Apartment was nicely furnished and we really enjoyed the lounge & dining area to wind down. Had all the necessities- microwave, fridge, kettle, iron etc.. New towels were also provided on request. The staff were very friendly & accomodating - I checked in a few hours early as my flight landed in the morning. They also helped store our luggage after checking out. Definitely recommend this place!!
