The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was nice and quiet, and the location was convenient. The facilities were adequate for me to do some work while my partner and child attended a concert in the city, and the location was convenient being only a short drive to the railway station to collect them. We had a short, but pleasant stay. I was quite happy to discover that there was no minibar, therefore everything in the room was included (as opposed to some places that include bottled water that you end up paying for later).

The only thing that may have improved the room would have been the cutlery in the room. However, this was probably available if I had asked for it.

The reception staff were great a lady came and welcomed myself and my grandson ( sorry I didn’t get her name but she has 4 kids of her own Thai lady is really an asset to your property). She my grandson a biscuit and a packet of chips and the she took us to our room. We were warned it might get noisy later in the night as the gaming room was open until 6 am but I had a really comfortable stay . The bed was comfortable the blinds and curtain blocked out the light . I never heard any noise and I was in the closest room to the entrance . I would recommend this property to anyone who needed an overnight stay in a clean and comfortable facility .

This motel looks exactly like the photos. Updated and comfortable. Good location for my needs and great staff. Felt safe being a solo traveller with the staff checking in on me. Few perks on arrival as well was a great touch to the stay.

Looks ordinary on the outside but the rooms have been beautifully renovated.

Check in was within the casino room which strictly does not allow any children under 18 into the room. This would make checking in problematic for anyone travelling solo with kids, or who feel uncomfortable in a gambling/drinking environment. That said, you are staying on the site of a pub so the latter might not be so much an issue. I just found the check in process clunky and as if I was imposing on the bar staff.

The speed that people drove around the car park & past the room. Possible frequent drivers doing a short cut or may be staff?

Clean, tidy, no wasted Space but not a shoe box.

Located a bit closer to the bust road way, so not as quiet as would be ideal.

The toilet seat moved around and at times seemed as if it will fall off. The shower handle pulled out of the wall if you didn’t hold it.

Convenient location with easy check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly, room and bathroom were exceptionally clean with comfortable bedding.
